About Freshbak Freshbak, a subsidairy of Bakioğlu Holding, is a freeze-dried fruits and vegetables manufacturer mainly serving the food industry. Our company started its business in 2017 in the Izmir Pancar Industrial Zone, on a 6000sqm area. Freshbak is currently producing 150 tons of dried fruits and vegetables annually. Acting as a trailblazer in Turkey in this respect, Freshbak has invested in freeze-drying and food technologies, aiming to add value to both the Turkish Economy and the Turkish agricultural economy. As the new face of the healthy snack business, we are proud to be offering healthy, sugar-free, gluten-free products by eliminating the off-season concept and ensuring availability at all times. What Is Freeze - Dry? Considered to be the best method of drying fruits and other food products, freeze-drying ensures that only the water is removed from the product content. All the natural flavours and nutritional values of the product are preserved whilst the physical appearance of the product is also maintained. Foods produced with this method have a long shelf life without the need for preservatives and additives. It is possible to consume freeze-dried food products that have been stored, without the slightest change in their natural taste or flavour. Production at Freshbak: We carefully select and pick the best products for you. With our hi-tech laboratories, we conduct microbiological analyses to guarantee both the input and output quality of all products. Approved products are then sorted, washed then Iqf ed. After the freezing process, the products are then placed into our cutting edge freeze-drying equipment to be dried and hence their water is allowed to sublime under vacuum. And the result is natural, additive-free, crispy and fun snacks for you and your loved ones to enjoy. 5
