History Today s SEITNER HOF hotel has a long history that stretches back to the first documented mention of habitation at the site in the year 806. The farmhouse that was to become the SEITNER HOF was built in around1818 and is now a listed building. The traditional premises were converted into a hotel by the Köhler family, direct descendants of the Seitner family. Location Situated on the high banks of the River Isar, Pullach is a picturesque suburb on the southern outskirts of Munich that is both quiet and central. The S7 S-Bahn (suburban train) station is three minutes away on foot; the journey to Munich s central station takes a quarter of an hour.
