At this months meeting we hope to have Lindsay Corby to lead the discussion into Faulty wines. Lindsay is away on business at the moment, but we are hopeful of his return to give us an understanding of what can go wrong Mousey Wine Inside this issue: Wine Show Report Wine Show Report (Cont.) September means bud-burst and the start of a brand new season and hopefully by now last season s work and the new season s preparation is complete. The long range forecast is for a dry, mild spring which will suit us just fine. However, spring as we know can be very unpredictable so plans should be in place to ensure we are armed with a variety of fungicides ready to react to whatever weather is thrown at us. Mike Payne P.S. Any suggestions from members as to the area of interest, content or topics you would like to see addressed in the cordon corner should be passed on to the guild president.
