Winter s Fair at Beaumanor Hall Saturday 8th Dec 10am 5pm and Sunday 9th Dec 2018 10am 5pm Beaumanor Hall, Woodhouse, Leicestershire LE12 5TX Bookings are now open for our new Saturday and Sunday two day weekend event at Beaumanor Hall this year. We are very pleased to announce that the Hall will be opening new rooms upstairs to the public to provide more room for exhibitors and additional seating and activities for visitors. The Winter s Fair brings together a wide range of local food, drink, crafts and gift stalls exhibiting both inside and outside this elegant Victorian hall situated in the beautiful village of Woodhouse. Full of festive cheer including live Christmas music and demonstrations the event will also raise funds for several local charities. Emme Ltd is looking for producers and retailers of high quality food/drink, handmade crafts/artwork and unique gifts to offer customers an excellent choice of delightful presents for their family and friends. As a rule of thumb the majority of stalls will be inside the hall especially handmade crafts/artwork. However we also have outdoor pitches for hot food catering, gardening,activities etc. There are a limited number of catering opportunities outside only and you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. Businesses wishing to demonstrate or promote their products ie cookery demos, art, craft and therapies etc are asked to contact EMME to discuss ideas and prices Pitch and stall prices for 2018 for both days OUTDOOR Outdoor standard pitch (3m x 3m area*) *Own Gazebos/weights only 100.00 (+ 60.00 for catering) INDOOR FOOD, DRINK,RETAIL,THERAPIES (6ft x 2 ½ ft table and 1 chair provided) LOCAL HANDMADE CRAFTS/ART (6ft x 2 ½ ft table and 1 chair provided) 120.00 (+ 10 for alcohol licence) 80.00 ( 10 discount if booked before 7th October) We are initially looking for stallholders to stand for both days only However if you are only able to stand for one day you will be added to a waiting list and paired with another stallholder if stalls are available later in the application process. Where available, assistance will be provided with first floor stallholders stock. Electricity is available for lighting only inside the hall on a domestic 13 amp socket (Cost is 10.00 for the 2 days) Please inquire if you need a supply for any other appliance or require a larger pitch. The site will be secured on Saturday 8 th December but please note that all property is left there at the owner risk. 1
Site information: Beaumanor Hall is situated in the charming village of Woodhouse, 5 minutes drive from A6 and 4 miles from Loughborough. It is a popular and well known location for weddings, meetings and dining in addition to providing a range of activities for children and adults. Recycling: In line with a growing number of events and festivals we are requesting stallholders to use recyclable or biodegradable disposables and avoid the use of plastic carrier bags. Amenities Refreshments and Toilets are available in the Hall. Exhibitor parking is available in marked car parks. Electricity is provided in the Hall on domestic 13amp sockets for lighting only. Silent generators may be used outside with permission. Cancellations: We are unable to refund your fee if you cancel after 7 th October 2018. Cancellations prior to this will incur an administration cost of 15.00 which will be deducted from the initial fee. Further terms and conditions are available on our website.
