IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS: When using the Veggetti Power, the below basic safety precautions should be followed: 1. Carefully read the instructions before using Veggetti Power. A non-conforming use in instructions will absolve the manufacturer from any liability. 2. Veggetti Power is designed to operate with alternating current. Before first use, verify that the outlet voltage matches to that indicated on the rating plate of the Veggetti Power. 3. Adult supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. 4. Do not place or use this product on a hot plate or near a flame (gas stove). 5. Do not use any other utensil, accessory or fingers to push food through the Veggetti Power feeder. Damage or injury could occur. Never feed food by hand. Always use Veggetti Power Press. 6. Avoid continuously feeding any fruit or vegetable through Veggetti Power for more than one minute. 7. Veggetti Power is not intended for use with meat. 8. Never try to remove the Veggetti Power blades while in use. 9. Do not insert fingers into the blades of the Veggetti Power. 10. Only use accessories supplied with the appliance. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury. 11. The appliance must be unplugged: If there is an abnormality in operation. Before cleaning or maintenance. After each use. When not in use. Before removing or installing any Veggetti Power components. 12. Do not unplug by forcefully pulling on cord. 13. Moving Parts - Keep fingers out of discharge opening. 20. Do not operate Veggetti Power with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY NOTES ON THE CORD: Veggetti Power has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, the plug is intended to be used by inserting it into an electrical outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way. 1. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled or tripping over a longer cord. 2. Longer extension cords are available and may be used if they are used with caution. 3. If an extension cord is used; The marked electrical rating should be at least as great as the electrical rating of Veggetti Power. The extension cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over. 3

BLADES: There are four stainless-steel blades included with your Veggetti Power: Thin Spiral Blade Thick Spiral Blade Spiral (Slicing) Blade Ribbon Blade Thin Spiral Blade For thin pasta strands, hash browns, garnishes & more! Thick Spiral Blade For thick pasta strands, pasta salads, coleslaw & more! Spiral (Slicing) Blade For onion rings, apple slices & more! Ribbon Cut Blade - For potato chips, stir-fries & more! CAUTION: CUT HAZARD: Sharp blades. Contact may result in injury. Always keep blades away from fingers and body. Handle with care. Keep out of reach of children. 5

CUPS 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Fig 1 1. Before use, make sure Veggetti Power is on a clean, flat, dry surface near a power outlet. 2. Make sure main unit is securely positioned on the tank (See Fig. 1). 3. With the power cord unplugged, select your desired blade and place it inside the large gear housing, making sure the top of the blade is level to the top of the large gear (See Fig. 2). 4. Position and align the feeder on top of the blade and gear, then twist clockwise to engage and lock in place. 5. Wash and dry vegetables or fruit to be used. 6. If necessary, trim your food to fit through the feeder. 7. Cut the ends off of your food and gently push the Veggetti Power press into the flat end, submerging the cross blade of the press (See Fig. 3). CUPS 8 7 6 5 4 3 CUPS 8 7 6 5 4 3 Fig 2 Fig 3 8. Make sure feeder is free of any debris. Plug the Veggetti Power in and press the power switch to start it (See Fig. 4). 9. Slowly push the Veggetti Power press with fruit or vegetable into rotating blade (See Fig. 5). NOTE: When you reach the end of the fruit or vegetable and cannot push any further, press the power switch to turn the Veggetti Power off, then carefully pull the press out. Remove and discard the remaining fruit or vegetable. If the fruit or vegetable gets stuck in the feeder, turn the Veggetti Power off, unplug the machine and rotate the feeder counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it to have easier access to the remaining fruit or vegetable. CARE & CLEANING: Do not put power cord, plug and main unit in water or other liquid. Always handle Veggetti Power with care when cleaning, especially when washing by hand near the blades. Disassemble components before cleaning. Fig 5 The Veggetti Power main unit is hand wash only, air dry. All other components are top rack dishwasher safe. When washing Veggetti Power by hand, rinse each of the blades with warm soapy water. Use a non-abrasive cleaning brush to get into the blades to remove any remaining food particles, do NOT use a sponge. For additional cleaning, you can remove the large gear and rinse it with warm soapy water and wipe out the large gear compartment with a damp cloth. Unplug the power cord before cleaning. STORAGE: Remove the feeder, turn upside down and place inside the gear compartment. The press should be placed inside the feeder. All four blades can be stored in the tank of the Veggetti Power after they have been cleaned and dried. 7

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: The following pages include delicious recipes for Veggetti Power - Made. Each recipe can be prepared 4 unique ways to fit your personal taste! Veggetti Power - made pasta can be served RAW, BOILED, SAUTÉED, or cooked in the MICROWAVE. Test them all, and mix and match with our sauce recipes to find your favorite! RAW: Prepare Veggetti Power-made vegetable pasta with or without skin. Top with hot or cold sauces for a fresh, crisp taste. SAUTÉED: Add a drizzle of olive oil to a medium sized pan and heat on Medium to High heat. Carefully and slowly add Veggetti Power-made vegetable pasta to the pan. Cook to taste based on the reference table provided. Stir frequently to avoid burning. Remove from heat and serve. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning. MICROWAVE: Place Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta in a microwave safe cup or bowl. Place bowl into Microwave and cook to taste based on the Cooking Table provided. Carefully remove the bowl from the Microwave and serve. BOILED: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully and slowly add Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta to the boiling water. Cook to taste based on the Cooking Table provided. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. Strain and serve. Common Vegetables Boil Time Saute Temp. Microwave Squash 2-3 Min. 4-6 Min. Medium 1 Min. Suggested cooking times based on single serving of Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta. Do not leave cooking pasta unattended. Results may vary. Cook to taste. 8

Marinara Sauce 1 (14.5 oz.) can Stewed Tomatoes ½ (6 oz.) can Tomato Paste 2 tbsp + 2 tsp Finely Diced Onion 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped ½ Clove Garlic, minced ½ tsp Dried Oregano 3 tbsp Olive Oil Salt and Pepper, to taste 1. Prepare Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta per the cooking instructions (Pg 8). 2. Place the tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper into a food processor. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved. 3. In a large skillet, on medium heat, sauté the diced onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add in the aforementioned blended mix. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Serve sauce over cold or hot, Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta. Garlic & Olive Oil ¼ cup and 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil ¼ cup and 2 tbsp Butter 4 Cloves Garlic 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped 8 oz. can Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered (optional) 1. Prepare Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta per the cooking instructions (Pg 8). 2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and melt the butter, on medium heat. Mix in the garlic, basil, and artichoke hearts (optional), then cook for 5 minutes, until heated through. 3. Serve sauce over cold or hot, Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta. 9

Bolognese Sauce 2 ¾ tsp Olive Oil 2 slices Bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces ½ large Onion, minced ½ Clove Garlic, minced 7 oz. Lean Ground Beef 3 ½ oz. Ground Pork 3 ½ oz. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced 1 Carrot, shredded 1 Stalk Celery, chopped ½ (28 oz.) can Italian Plum Tomatoes 2 ½ oz. Tomato Sauce 3 tbsp and 1 ¾ tsp Dry White Wine 3 tbsp and 1 ¾ tsp Chicken Stock ¼ tsp Dried Basil ¼ tsp Dried Oregano Salt and Pepper, to taste 1. Prepare Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta per the cooking instructions (Pg 8). 2. In a large skillet, on medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is browned and crisp, then set aside. 3. In a large saucepan, brown the beef and ground pork. Drain away excess fat. Stir in the bacon/garlic/onion mixture along with the mushrooms, carrots, celery, tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, stock, basil, oregano, salt and pepper to the saucepan. 4. Cover the pan, reduce heat and simmer for one hour, occasionally stirring. 5. Serve sauce over cold or hot, Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta. Lemon Butter Sauce 4 tbsp Butter ¼ cup Finely Minced Parsley 1 Whole Lemon 1 Red Pepper, seeded and thinly sliced (optional) Salt and Pepper, to taste 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add your favorite Veggetti Power-made vegetable pasta and red pepper (optional) and cook for a few minutes to your desired consistency. 2. Add the juice and zest of half a lemon. Salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. 10

Alfredo Sauce ¼ cup Butter 1 cup Heavy Cream 1 Clove Garlic, crushed 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped ½ cup Peas (optional) 1. Prepare Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta per the cooking instructions (Pg 8). 2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter on medium-low heat. Add in cream and peas (optional) and simmer for 5 minutes. Then, add in crushed garlic and parmesan cheese, then quickly whisk while heating through. Stir in parsley. 3. Serve sauce over cold or hot, Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta. Pesto Sauce ¾ cup Fresh Basil Leaves ¼ cup Pine Nuts 1 Clove Garlic, peeled 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup Olive Oil Salt and Pepper, to taste 1. Prepare Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta per the cooking instructions (Pg 8). 2. Place the basil leaves, pine nuts, peeled garlic clove and grated parmesan cheese into a food processor then blend together. Slowly pour the olive oil in while still mixing. Stir in the salt and pepper. 3. Serve sauce over cold or hot, Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta. 11

Asian Stir-Fry ¼ cup Vegetable Oil 1 Garlic Clove, chopped ¼ cup Soy Sauce ¼ cup Rice Vinegar 2 tsp Thai Chili Sauce 2 tbsp Honey 5 oz. Extra-firm Tofu, cut into ¼ inch cubes 2 tsp Sesame Oil 5 oz. Bean Sprouts 5 oz. Shredded Carrots 1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced 5 Green Onions, cut in half lengthwise ½ lb Mushrooms 1. In a wok, heat the vegetable oil on medium-high heat. Add in chopped garlic clove and cook until lightly browned, for about 2 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili sauce, and honey. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer the sauce to a bowl, and stir the tofu into the sauce. Set aside the tofu mixture. 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta and boil until cooked through but still firm, stirring occasionally. Drain. 3. While the Veggetti -made vegetable pasta is boiling, in a clean wok or large skillet, heat the sesame oil. Stir in the bean sprouts, carrots, green pepper, green onions and mushrooms to cook until the vegetables are bright in color and wilted slightly, for about 5 minutes. Add in the tofu with sauce and Veggetti Power - made vegetable pasta then stir to combine. Cucumber Salad ¼ cup Butter 1 cup Heavy Cream 1 Clove Garlic, crushed 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped ½ cup Peas (optional) 1. Use the Veggetti Power to spiral cut the cucumbers. Toss together the cucumbers and onions in a large bowl. 2. Combine the vinegar, water, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and pour over the cucumber and onion. Stir in dill, cover, and refrigerate until cold. 3. Allow the cucumbers to marinate for at least 1 hour. 12
