Other Notes A deposit of $500.00, to hold your space, will be required at the time the contract is signed. This amount will be credited to your final bill. A Payment Installment Schedule for your total remaining estimated amount will be arranged with your Catering Manager at the time the contract is signed. Full remaining payment by cash, credit card, cashiers check or money order will be due 72 Business Hours prior to function, along with you Final Guarantee. No outside food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the DoubleTree Columbia Event Facilities. Food items may not be taken from the DoubleTree Columbia. Hospitality Suite Rules: o Guests are allowed to bring in outside food and beverage o Guests are not allowed to bring in crock pots or warming plates o Room may not be used for parties or loud music o Quiet time begins at 11:00 PM
