Additional Details Pricing is based on a 4 hour event. Additional time may be purchased, if scheduled in advance, for an additional $5.00 Per Guest. An additional ½ hour is $2.50 Per Guest. No events will be scheduled to go past 12:00am. Full venue rental is due as a deposit. The deposit is completely non- refundable and nontransferrable. If making payments by credit card, please add 3% All food and beverage subject to 18% service charge and sales tax. Rental price subject to sales tax Final guest count & full payment due no later than 15 days prior to event. Cave Vineyard works with a select catering partner, Andres Banquets & Catering. Andres culinary staff offers fabulous menus of the finest cuisine. Cave Vineyard will coordinate all catering needs on your behalf. Menu upgrades are available. Bar substitutions & additions are permitted. However, pricing may change Water goblets on tables are available for an additional $1.00 per guest Flavored Water Station (mint, cucumber, basil, lemon, or lime) available $10/gallon Cake Cutting Service is available for $75.00. Includes: disposable 6 plates, forks, napkins, & a box for the top tier of the cake. Up to 10 children, age 5 & under, are complimentary. Cave Vineyard will ask for ID from any guest 30 and under. Additional Details continued All beverages must be purchased through Cave Vineyard. No outside beverages may be brought onto the premises. Event hosts are responsible for any damages to Cave Vineyard & Distillery as the result of misbehavior of their guests or vendors. Nothing may be attached to walls, ceiling, or light fixtures in any of the venues. Candles must be contained in votive holders in all venues. No glitter, confetti, birdseed, rice, or loose flower petals in the Brandy Room. Smoking will only be permitted in designated smoking areas Set up/decoration drop off is available the day prior to the event during normal business hours. All decorations should be removed upon conclusion of the event unless discussed otherwise with Cave Vineyard. It is the responsibility of wedding party, guests, & vendors, to place decorations prior to the event and then remove them upon conclusion. Any items remaining after the event may be disposed of by Cave Vineyard. If ceremony space has been reserved, the venue will be available for rehearsal the day prior to the ceremony. Event Hosts are welcome to use the Winery & Distillery premises for photos In order to ensure the safety of all guests on the property, the Cave will only be open and accessible during normal Cave Vineyard business hours. Event guests trying to access the Cave after normal business hours will be asked to leave the premises. Ste. Genevieve is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of lodging and transportation options. This quaint & historic town offers out of town guests a variety of activities during their stay.
