MISSION Mela e Più is a practice firm that trades in products based on fruit. It was born in 2002 at the Vocational Training Centre CFP- UPT in Cles. We decided to use apple in our name and logo and to sell products related to it because our socio-economic context owes much to this fruit. The Valle di Non is famous all over the world for the production of apples and in particular our sponsor company, Melinda SCA, is present in all foreign markets. Mela e Più is a very environmentally conscious firm and our products are all absolutely organic and genuine. In particular we sell strudel strudel, cakes,, apple cookies, vitamin carrot apple and pear juice, persecche and other kinds of sweet.

Melinda, the biggest Italian consortium of apple producers, had the need of interconnecting its central seat in Cles and the various stores, which are scattered over a mountain and hilly territory of about 120 km 2 in Non Valley. This geographical location didn t allow wired solutions. The melinda Consortium, with 5.200 member farmers, produces about 300.000 tons apple every year, and they represent the 60% of the production in Trentino, or 10% of the Italian and 5% of the European production. The philosophy of the Melinda Consortium in very simple: work and cure the land in a natural way, in order to obtain fruits of high quality.
