PLEASE NOTE Our festive menus are available throughout December 2014 alongside our à la carte menus. However, on Friday and Saturday evenings, we will be serving the festive menus exclusively. Once your booking has been made, we will send you a confirmation form to be completed and returned along with a non-refundable deposit of 15 per person. The deposit for those attending will be deducted from the final bill, but no refund or discount will be given for absent guests. A 15 deposit per person will be required every Friday and Saturday for all bookings. From Sunday to Thursday a 15 per person deposit will be required for parties of 8 or more. We are unable to accept personal cheques. Vegetarian alternatives are available and all our chicken is halal, but if you have any other dietary requirements, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee there is no cross contamination in our kitchens so if you do have a serious allergy please inform us well in advance. Vegetarian menus are available on request. We request that lunch parties vacate their table by 5pm. Evening bookings are asked to arrive a minimum of 20 minutes before their reserved sitting time, particularly if they are a large party and return the table within 2 hours. We ask guests to arrive promptly, any latecomers may risk losing their booking and deposit. Variations of these menus may be provided for larger parties of 15 or more to accommodate for the increased numbers of guests. These will be sent on request. Our Festive menus are recommended for parties of 4 or more, smaller parties will be offered suitable alternatives. A discretionary 10% service charge will also be included on your final bill. We would be grateful if your party would settle the bill before leaving the bar/restaurant, as it is not possible to carry the bill over to other dining/ bar areas.

Festive Dates and Entertainment We are open across the festive period from midday through to late night, closing only on Christmas Day 25th December. In addition every Friday and Saturday evening in December until 20/12/14 will see our Chinese cinema salon, and fancy dress photo booth set up in our bar. Guests can dress up with friends and colleagues in the style of the Qing dynasty imperial court and take home a memento of their Yang Sing Christmas or even hop aboard our sleigh and pay a visit to the main man himself! So make sure you book in and come along to celebrate with us! Cookery Classes The Yang Sing cookery class provides students with a thorough grounding in the three disciplines of the Cantonese kitchen. Students will have exclusive access to the Yang Sing kitchens. Our cookery classes make great Christmas gifts and start from 70 per person. Private Dining and Events Yang Sing is a unique venue housed in a lovingly restored grade II listed building. The private dining and events space at Yang Sing spans several floors and can dine up to 360 guests in total. We have specialised kitchens to cater for larger parties with banquets and bespoke menus.
