PROTOCOL I (Referred to in Article 9) ARTICLE 1 This Protocol shall apply to products that are specified in Article 9 of the Agreement. ARTICLE 2 1. The agricultural products originating in the Republic of Turkey listed in Annex I to this Protocol shall be imported into the Republic of Albania according to the conditions established in that Annex. 2. The agricultural products originating in the Republic of Albania listed in Annex II to this Protocol shall be imported into the Republic of Turkey according to the conditions established in that Annex. ARTICLE 3 The Parties shall grant preferential treatment to each other as regards the products listed in Annexes of this Protocol in compliance with the provisions of Protocol II concerning the rules of origin of the Agreement. 1
