CHEF OLIVIER ELZER Possessing 20 years of experience, Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Elzer is highly regarded as one of the top French chefs in Hong Kong, acclaimed for his award-winning take on French cuisine. Chef Elzer has earned a total of 24 coveted Michelin stars over the past 11 years across France and Hong Kong. Since Chef Elzer s first attempt as a Head Chef in 2007 at Abbaye De La Busserie in Burgundy, France, at the age of 29, he has not missed out on a Michelin star. Chef Elzer is passionate about refining and redefining the tastes, textures and technique of the French cuisine. In 2009, his career took him to Hong Kong, Asia s World City, where he worked in a few of the best restaurants in Hong Kong, and even the world.
