BUSTRONOME, GOURMET DINING ON THE MOVE After our initial success in Paris, Bustronome is coming to London. Our custom designed double decker bus allows passengers to experience London's beautiful landmarks in an entirely new way. The panoramic glass windows of the dining room mean our passengers have a crystal-clear view of London's most interesting historical monuments and landmarks. An innovative way to visit London, the Bustronome offers a new approach to dining in the City. This memorable culinary experience features a menu created by highly experienced chefs, combined with friendly, casual service that creates an atmosphere like that of a typical Parisian bistro. Our menu, which is inspired by the very best of British cuisine, allows our passengers to experience the finest British produce, prepared with a French twist. BUSTRONOMIE Neologism, Singular noun (Art de vivre 21st-century) A pleasant way to discover the cuisine and wines of a cultural capital while visiting it at the same time. BUSTRONOME Neologism, Singular noun (First attested 21st-century) A vehicle used by visitors to feast their eyes while delighting their taste buds A UNIQUE CONCEPT Bustronome founders Jean-Christophe Fournier and Bertrand Mathieu originally conceived of Bustronome in 2013, that idea was to create a custom-designed vehicle combining a refined dining room, the beautiful monuments of a capital city and a warm, modern space sheltered from the elements. The top deck of the Bustronome is an aesthetically pleasing dining room, created using wood paneling, designer chairs, carefully chosen cutlery and glassware which all work together to create a warm, friendly and modern atmosphere. At Bustronome, we pay attention to the smallest detail, from the bespoke acrylic racks that prevent your drink from spilling, to the magnets which hold your cutlery in place while you sit back and enjoy your journey through this cultural capital.

ENJOY A REFINED CULINARY EXPERIENCE AS YOU CRUISE THROUGH THE CITY Bustronome operates night and day in London, the most visited city in Europe. The Bustronome's itinerary is designed so that our passengers can enjoy the most famous landmarks in London. Lunch and afternoon tea last approximately two hours during which our guests pass through the city of Westminster and other fascinating parts of London, dinner service lasts slightly longer, allowing our guests to enjoy an extended journey through Kensington and Chelsea. The Bustronome lunch menu consists of four courses, while the dinner menu has six. Although Bustronome offers guests the opportunity to share a meal in quiet luxury. We also offer individual guided tours with audiopen, a guided tour system which has many interesting facts recorded about landmarks on the Bustronome tour route. The audiopen is available in 9 languages and works with a map located on the back of your menu. It is similar to audio guides often available in museums.

In a fashion similar to our Paris operation, we at Bustronome work together with a team of professionals from top restaurants in London. All options were carefully evaluated, we considered bringing over chefs from our French kitchens, or opening an entirely new one here. In the end, our chefs in France and England worked together to create menus that reflect the best of both culture's gastronomy. THE VERY BEST OF GASTRONOMY As we expand into London we at Bustronome intend to stay faithful to our original concept: offering an exquisite culinary experience that is both authentic and refined, using great British produce prepared by professional chefs. We will continue to constantly revisit and revise classic British cuisine so that we can offer you a distinctive experience. Our team consists of experienced crew who made their debut in Paris and newly hired Londoners who are excited to offer their own experience to help make Bustronome a global success. Bustronome will use this to help keep up with the challenge of offering the best local experiences while we expand into the global market. Vincent Thiessé, once chef de cuisine at the world renowned Fleur de Mets in Paris has been part of our journey since the beginning. He will stay at the forefront of menu development on both sides of the channel and is constantly adapting his culinary style to the unique environment that Bustronome offers.

We at Bustronome regularly invite prestigious names from the world of gastronomy and young, up and coming chefs to help us make every Bustronome journey unique. These professional chefs add their their own variations to the Bustronome menu and it is our intention to continue this fine tradition. We realise that our customers are always on the lookout for high-quality experiences. By combining the best of culinary experience with a tour of London's most famous landmarks, the Bustronome is a luxurious and efficient way to enjoy the best that London has to offer. True, Bustronome is subject to traffic like all motor vehicles, but comfortably seated with a glass in hand, this won t be a problem! Our team is made up of experienced professionals in their field, whether they are newly hired Londoners or experienced staff from Bustronome Paris, we only hire the best of the best to make sure that your experience is enjoyable and relaxing from start to finish. The Bustronome is also available for private hire and many aspects of the Bustronome experience can be modified upon request. GIFT CARD - A QUIRKY PRESENT FOR ALL FOOD LOVERS Looking for a present that surprises your friends, relatives or your business partners? The Bustronome sells gift cards online: it is such an easy way to please foodies, to bring an experience to remember. We are also able to depart from a location of your choosing, and/or follow a custom route plan. We offer an "à la carte" menu (48 hours advance booking required) Bustronome can be hired with or without catering, the possibilities are endless. Audio guides are available as standard. We are also able to organise events. Weddings, birthdays, gourmet lunches and dinners, afternoon tea with a sampling menu of French pastries, corporate breakfasts/brunches, wine tastings (professionally selected). The origin of Bustronome begins with Jean-Christophe and Bertrand, two trend setters who had the idea of creating a new type of restaurant. Working from their belief that high-quality cuisine is a universal language, in 2013 they embarked on an adventure that was a million miles away from their original jobs in IT and banking. Their love of Paris and French gastronomy led them to develop a unique concept: a journey through the delightful art of French cuisine combined with a tour of the wonderful sights Paris has to offer. Now with a brand new specially fitted double-decker bus ready for London and the along with next generation Bustronome crew, they are ready to begin the next step in their journey. JEAN-CHRISTOPHE We want our guests to enjoy a high quality experience that is up to par with all the splendor and beauty that London and Paris have to offer BERTRAND It is wonderful to experience new places, but to combine that experience with a fantastic meal and great service, that was and remains our aim. Our main inspiration comes from the simple desire to share. Creating unique and enjoyable experience our main objective at Bustronome. Undoubtedly, the Bustronome is already among the most gratifying ways to enjoy the beautiful sights and delicious food that London has to offer, and we will continue working to refine that experience to make it even better in the years to come.
