CHAMPAGNE - AGENCY Bruno Paillard Founded in 1981, Bruno Paillard, based in the Reims region of Champagne, is the youngest and one of the smallest Champagne houses. Since then, it has established a fine reputation for excellence in quality and the first to introduce the date of dégorgement dates on their back labels, which benefited consumers significantly. Its house label, the Brut Première Cuvée uses only the first press (hence the name) guarantees the premium quality and consistency that goes into the unchanging blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 22% Pinot Meunier. This is a winery that takes its time; blending of the base wines is often several months later than other houses, to allow the individual wines to develop and express their character more fully before the blend is assembled. M Paillard feels that the disgorgement process is a big shock for the wines, and so the wines are aged a further 4-5 months afterwards, and up to 18 months for the N.P.U. 16 Oct 2018 Page 3 of 38

BORDEAUX - AGENCY Clarisse Puisseguin Saint- Emilion Owned by Olivia Le Calvez Mathe, the chateau was renamed Clarisse after their daughter when it was purchased by the family in 2006. The estate, in the satellite appellation of Puisseguin St-Emilion produces 2 wines, Chateau Clarisse, from 5 hectares of vines with an average age of 35 years and a cuvee Vieilles Vignes, from a hectare of vines with an average age of 45 years. Both vineyard parcels are planted to 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, on clay over limestone soils. Château Clarisse is consulted by Stephane de Derenoncourt, international renowned oenologist on Saint-Emilion, bringing together his huge knowledge in the Bordeaux wine making scene, with the desire of creating femininity and sensitivity in mind. Planted Area: 5.11 hectares Grape Varieties: 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc Age of Vineyard: 35 years old Type of Soil: Clay-limestone/Clay siliceous Wine-making process: Wine-making with whole fruits (no treading), fermentation in thermo-regulated cement vats, in small quantities for parcel selection Maturing: 20% in new barriques and 80% in year-old barriques L Hospitalet de Gazin (second wine of Chateau Gazin) Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix Pomerol Chateau Gazin has an enviable position nestled between Petrus and l Evangile in Pomerol. The 26-hectare estate is planted with 90% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc; 17 hectares are on the clay plateau credited with giving rise to the very best wines of Pomerol, with the rest planted in sand and gravel. A second wine, l Hospitalet, was introduced at Chateau Gazin in 1986, when a stricter selection process, hand-picking and significant investment in the chai were all embraced under the current stewardship of Nicolas and Christophe de Baillencourt, whose family have owned the estate since 1917. At the same time, Jean-Pierre Moueix was brought in to consult on the wine-making and marketing and his firm have had the exclusive distribution rights since 1988. Whilst dense and fleshy, with the mix of black and red fruit and minerality of the Grand Vin, l Hospitalet has a softer, more approachable structure. Planted Area: 23 hectares 16 Oct 2018 Page 6 of 38

BORDEAUX - AGENCY Grape Varieties: 90% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc Type of Soil: Sand, gravel on clay subsoil Production: 200,000 bottles La Grave a Pomerol Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix Pomerol Part of the Jean-Pierre Moueix stable since 1971, Chateau La Grave a Pomerol lies in the north-west of the appellation. As the name suggests, it lies on a belt of gravel and sand, quite atypical for the appellation. There are 8 hectares, planted to 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc with an average vine age of 30-years. These yield a mere 3000 cases a year, including the production of a second wine Trignant de Boisset, the château s former name. As with all of the Moueix wines, made with the lightest touch of the winemaker s hand (for example only 25% new oak is used), there is a freshness and elegance here, and the gravel lends the wines sleekness and alluring fragrance. Planted Acreage: 8 hectares Grape Varieties: 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc Type of Soil: Gravel with some light clay Production: 36,000 bottles Puy Blanquet Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix St. Emilion In 1958, M Jacquet acquired this lovely property located a few miles to the east of the medieval town of Saint-Emilion. Since his death in 2000, his wife Marcelle together with Mr Pierre Meunier, a previous trainee of Ets Jean-Pierre Moueix, run the property. Vines, grown on clay with chalk beneath, consist of 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The same in the cellars where the must is vinified in temperature controlled concrete vats before the ageing in one-year-old barrels. This wine 16 Oct 2018 Page 7 of 38

PROVENCE - AGENCY Chateau Des Sarrins (ROSÉ) Domaine des Sarrins derives its name from the word Saracens. For centuries, Saracens occupied the Massif des Maures, from which they launched raids into the surrounding region. In the 11th Century, during one of these plunderings, they met with some resistance and a chief Saracen was wounded at Draguignan. Whilst trying to reach the Massif des Maures he died at this place where he owned a small tower. He was said to have been buried in his armour, made of gold. Over the centuries all around this Saracen tower, which subsequently became a country estate, were precious resources and a domaine was established. Many trades were practised here according to the changing cultures, from olive groves to livestock to silk worms and of course. vines. From the end of the nineteenth century and again from the First World War, the rural exodus considerably weakened the countryside, and the domaine became smaller. In 1995, the Paillard family bought it and by working patiently, over the years, have infused a new sense of life. THE BLEND Nearly two thirds is comprised of Cinsault and Syrah, the last third being Grenache, Mourvèdre and a touch of Rolle. VINIFICATION Direct pressing, thanks to our latest generation pneumatic press, is slow and delicate. The yield of juice is limited to 60%, in order to retain only the purest, and to obtain a shade of a very clear, bright pink. The juice is kept in an inert state at all stages to avoid oxidation and to protect the most delicate aromas, reducing the doses of sulphite to a strict minimum. Vinification is in stainless steel tanks at moderate temperatures which are reduced to avoid the malolactic transformation and therefore to keep the beautiful freshness. TASTING The appearance is very pale pink in shades of pomelo, bright and clear. The nose is fine and intense. It has floral aromas (violet, lily of the valley) and white fruits (peach) with notes of sweet almond. On the palate, the attack is subtle. One finds the finesse of the nose, fresh and harmonious and its floral aromas, as well as a beautiful balance with the freshness. The finish is persistent with notes of violet. More than a thirst quencher, this is a great rosé. GENERAL IMPRESSION A fine and balanced wine with an harmonious palate of roundness and freshness, with a beautiful length. 16 Oct 2018 Page 11 of 38

BURGUNDY - AGENCY Domaine Vincent Girardin The history of Maison Vincent Girardin is relatively recent. In 1980, at the age of 19, Vincent Girardin, the son of a family of winegrowers based in Santenay since the 17th century, decided to strike out on his own, and began producing wine from two hectares of vines that he inherited. The quality of his wines was quickly recognised by connoisseurs all over the world, which enabled him to expand his activity, focusing primarily on the great white and red wines of the Côte de Beaune. In the early 2000s, with the arrival of Eric Germain as winemaker, a profound change began to take place. They decided to concentrate on the essence of the wines: the expression of the great terroirs of Burgundy. A new purity of style was born, which has now been acknowledged by all winemakers. In 2012, Vincent Girardin sold his operation to a long-standing partner of the Maison, Mr. Nié, President of the Compagnie des Vins d Autrefois in Beaune. Eric Germain continues to uphold the style of the wines. Vinification Vincent Girardin Red Wines -GRAND PINOT NOIR, A NOBLE GRAPE Maison Vincent Girardin strives to make wines that offer the best possible representation of Burgundy's terroir. Our Grand Pinot Noir Bourguignon is by nature a refined, noble grape, and our objective is to respect this character as much as possible and therefore not too over-extract, so that all the splendour of Burgundy can be expressed in these Great Terroirs. The main stages in our work as winegrowers: In order to give you an idea of the tasks involved, here is an outline of the main stages of our work in Burgundy's vineyards: - Severe pruning aiming at reducing yield; - Reasoned farming favouring organic products (copper and sulphur); - Ploughing, without herbicides or pesticides; - Work on growing vines (disbudding, trellising), allowing to obtain a better photosynthesis and an optimal health of the grapes; - manual harvests with sorting in the vineyard; - automatic manual sorting in the vat room by an experienced team followed by optical sorting depending on the vintage; - partial destemming of the harvest; - transfer to temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; - alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes for about three weeks; 16 Oct 2018 Page 13 of 38

BURGUNDY - AGENCY - pumping over and light crushing in order to respect the grapes' natural structure and to obtain the purest possible wines and the best expression of the terroir; - gentle pressing; - transfer to casks after a light settling in French oak barrels (between 10 and 30% new barrels depending on the appellation) in which malolactic fermentation takes place due to the indigenous bacteria (naturally present in the grape juice); - maturing for 16 to 18 months on fine lees; - traditional racking cask by cask by gravity; - bottling without fining or filtration, respecting the lunar calendar. Vinification Vincent Girardin White Wines - THE SPLENDOUR AND INDIVIDUALITY OF OUR TERROIRS To obtain the best possible quality, Eric Germain vinifies the wines as naturally as possible. Maison Vincent Girardin's objective is to capture the splendour and the individuality of our terroirs where, in Burgundy, there is a significant presence of limestone. The characteristics of the soil result in wines with a wonderful freshness and minerality. The main stages in our work as winegrowers: In order to give you an idea of the tasks involved, here is an outline of the main stages of our work in Burgundy's vineyards: - Severe pruning aiming at reducing yield; - Reasoned farming favouring organic products (copper and sulphur); - Ploughing, without herbicides or pesticides; - Work on growing vines (disbudding, trellising), allowing to obtain a better photosynthesis and an optimal health of the grapes; - manual harvests; - sorting in the vineyard; - pressing to obtain slow extraction; - transfer to casks after a light settling in French oak barrels (between 10 and 35% new barrels depending on the appellation) in which alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place due to the indigenous yeasts and bacteria (naturally present in the grape juice); - long maturing on fine lees, for between 14 and 20 months, depending on the wine; - bottling on site respecting the lunar calendar. 16 Oct 2018 Page 14 of 38

BURGUNDY - AGENCY Domaine Louis Moreau Domaine Louis Moreau was born from the passion of a family settled in Chablis in 1814. In the late 19th century, the love of this family for great wines brought her to purchase plots in Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. Nowadays, proprietor of parcels in 5 of the Grands Crus, including a monopole, the domaine works many plots within the appellations of Petit Chablis, Chablis and Premiers Crus, in full respect of the environment. The most prestigious of its wines is the monopole Chablis Grand Cru Clos des Hospices dans les Clos whose acquisition was made by the Moreau family in 1904. Louis Moreau, who has been heading the domaine since 1994, elaborates wines of unique style, combining minerality, fineness, elegance and purity. Their Chablis and Chablis Premiers Crus wines are vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to better express their minerality and elegance. On the other hand, the strength and richness of our Grands Crus allow us to reasonably use oak barrels for a harmonious aging of these ones. In the heart of Chablis, in Burgundy, Louis Moreau produces and sells exceptional wines, worldwide recognized. Planted 100% with Chardonnay grape variety, on the unique terroir of Chablis, the vines of Domaines Louis Moreau are spread over the 4 levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Crus and Chablis Grands Crus. 16 Oct 2018 Page 15 of 38

BURGUNDY - AGENCY Domaine Rossignol-Trapet Cote d Or Rossignol-Trapet has been run by brothers David and Nicolas since 1990 and the domaine owns excellent sites in vineyards not only in Gevrey Chambertin but also in the communes of Beaune and Savigny-Les-Beaune. The set-up is one common amongst quality-conscious producers; high density plantings at 11,000 to 12,500 vines per hectare, de-budding and green harvesting to manage yields and endless work in the vineyards. Only the Grand Crus were managed biodynamically at first, but this had extended to the whole estate by 2004. The wines here effortlessly achieve an insistent, multi-layered character, modern and brightly fruited. Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair This long standing family business began with the establishment of C.Marey and Comte Liger-Belair in 1720 at Nuits Saint-Georges. They once owned majestic holdings of 40 hectares including the famed sites of La Romanee and La Tache. In 2001, Thibault Liger-Belair set up this eponymous domaine to exploit his share of the family s historic vineyards, 7.25 hectares distributed over 5 communes. He then creates simultaneously the wine merchant company, Thibault Liger-Belair Successeurs. A bubbly, pragmatic man with a cheerful smile, Thibault proclaimed he should be doing just what is necessary and his main aim is to produce crus of great purity, without artificial means or excessive extraction. Since the 2005 vintage, Thibault has successfully employed bio-dynamic treatment for all his 100% owned vineyard parcels. 16 Oct 2018 Page 16 of 38

BURGUNDY - AGENCY Domaine Follin Arbelet Cote de Beaune The Arbelet family has long been important vineyard owners in Aloxe-Corton since the 19th century, during which they owned prime sites on the hill of Corton. Franck Follin, currently in charge of the estate, is the first member of the family to be fully involved in complete modus operandi of working with vines to tling process and has directed the 6-hectare estate since 1993. The domaine produces wine from an array of 9 appellations (one white and eight red). Highly meticulous, Franck is an absolute purist when it comes to viticulture aspects. He works the vineyards 100% manually and organically, without any use of herbicides or pesticides. A traditionalist, he embraces the notion of terroir and respects nature to best express itself for every harvest. Frank is a gentle, affable man, whose wines are grounded and restrained. The Aloxes and Pernands showed juicy red fruits, even spiciness, whilst the Grands Crus were beautifully scented despite their muscularity. These are wines that delight with discretion. Fuisse Maconnais This 30-hectare estate, concentrated mainly in Pouilly-Fuisse was purchased in 1862 by the current family. It is an ancient estate, with the chateau s tower featured on the labels dating from the 15th Century, alongside the 100 year-old yew trees. Some 5 generations later, the current winemaker is Antoine Vincent, son of the famous Jean-Jacques Vincent. His sister, Benedicte manages the administration with her husband Philip Tuinder, who worked for 10 years at Domaine Leflaive. These are wines of succulence, substance and structure. The wines include La Tete de Cru, a blend from 20 vineyards, with an average age of 30 years, a Vieilles Vignes blend from vines aged from 40 to 60 years old and three single vineyard monopole bottlings; Les Combettes produces pure, mineral wines of delicacy. Les Brules, close to the village of Fuisse, with a mainly clay soil mixed with limestone, produces a wine of muscular power. Le Clos, enclosed by a stone wall, lies right next to the chateau, with a more equal balance of limestone and clay, giving structured, rich, deeply flavoured wine. 16 Oct 2018 Page 17 of 38

RHONE - AGENCY Domain Du Pegau Domaine du Pegau, a Châteauneuf-du-Pape producer in the Southern Rhône Valley, is run by father-daughter team Paul and Lawrence Ferraud. These wines are wines of patience; needing at least 5 years from the vintage to truly develop. Only a few Châteauneuf producers are making wines that have this longevity, most needing to be drank within 5 years. Originally, in the 17 century, the Ferrauds family farmed grapes and other fruit on the same land. Pegau, meaning, wine jug, uses 11 of the 18 traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape varietals which they blend into two special wines, the Cuvée da Capo and Cuvée Reservee. The wines stylistically are pastoral, brawny, tannic and must have an alcohol level between 13-15% to be considered Châteauneuf-du-Pape. About the Vineyards Domaine du Pegau owns 21 hectares of vines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. 19.5 hectares are used for red wine grapes. 1.5 hectares of vines are reserved for growing white wine grapes. Due to the small size of the parcels used for the white wine grapes at Domaine Pegau, those grapes are farmed using 100% biodynamic farming techniques. The red wine grapes are not farmed biodynamically The vineyards for Domaine du Pegau are located in different areas of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in a total 11 different parcels. The best vines of Domaine du Pegau are located on the plateau of La Crau. They have old vines. Their oldest vines were planted in 1902. They have a terroir of rocks, stones, clay and limestone soils. They also own 5 hectares of vines in the Cotes du Rhone appellation, 20 hectares of vines in the Cotes du Rhone Villages and 19 hectares of vines that are classified as Vin de France. The best vintages of Domaine du Pegau are: 2017, 2016, 2015, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2007, 2005, 2003, 2001, 2000, 1998, 1990 and 1989. 16 Oct 2018 Page 24 of 38

RHONE - AGENCY Chateau Pegau -Cotes du Rhone Rouge Cuvee Maclura -Pink Pegau Vin de France A new addition for the Feraud family since 2012, this 60 ha property is located just 6 kms south of the town of Chateauneuf-du-Pape to the west of the town of Sorgues. There are 41 ha of well established vines planted on land quite similar to that found in Chateauneuf-du-Pape with most of the vineyards being classified as Cotes du Rhone Villages (these are just 1-2 kms from the southern most border of Chateauneuf-du-Pape) and a smaller area as Cotes du Rhone as well as some vineyards without classification. As is found in Chateauneuf-du-Pape the predominant variety here is Grenache with smaller plantings of Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault and numerous other Rhone varieties. The vineyards are farmed in exactly the same way as for their Chateauneuf with strict pruning, green harvest to reduce yields and hand picking at harvest time and strict selection. Domaine du Pegau 'Selection Laurence Feraud ' In addition to running the legendary Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate Domaine du Pegau with her father Paul, Laurence Féraud manages a successful negociant wine business under the "Sélection Laurence Féraud" label. 16 Oct 2018 Page 25 of 38

RHONE - AGENCY Clos Saint Jean REGION Châteauneuf-du-Pape was the first ever Appellation d'origine Contrôlée established in France, in 1932. Small, rounded rocks from the ancient river bed known as galets roulés are a key aspect of what makes Châteauneuf -du-pape wines so distinctive, with the rocks reflecting heat back into the vines at night, thus increasing ripeness and reducing acidity. The gloriously rich red wines, redolent of the heat and herbs of the south, are enhanced by the complexity which comes from blending several grape varieties. Fourteen are permitted for reds: Grenache, Mouvedre, Syrah, Cinsault, Vaccarese, Counoise, Teret Noir, Muscadin, Picpoul Noir, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Rousanne, Picpoul Gris and Picardin. With red Châteauneuf-du- Pape, Grenache typically dominates with Syrah and Mourvèdre in support. ABOUT THE ESTATE The prestigious Clos Saint Jean is run by the fourth generation of the Tacussel/Maurel family - Vincent and Pascal Maurel - under the tutelage of renowned oenologist Philippe Cambie. Clos Saint-Jean is considered by critics, sommeliers, and consumers alike to be among the top properties of the Southern Rhone. The brothers, Vincent and Pascal Maurel have a great estate with a solid base of 12ha of old vines planted in 1905! Their forbears were amongst the first to plant on the typical Chateauneuf terroir of gallet roule or ancient river beds covered with large round rolled stones. The locals called the area La Combe des Fous, or small valley of fools, for anyone foolish enough to dig holes through the rocks MUST be foolish. Today this is amongst the most sought after land for high quality wines. Clos St Jean makes wine that is concentrated and honest; that is, not oaky and not overly extracted, but crammed with flavour, ripe and well balanced. The syrah is picked ripe and matured in small oak barrels, the grenache is only matured in large vats to protect the purity and freshness of the fruit. Vacaresse, a rarer variety is highly prized by the brothers, but it is not very interesting at 35hl/ha or more, so we crop at 20 hl/ha (less than 1.5 tonnes per acre!) for a great result. 16 Oct 2018 Page 26 of 38
