This particular coffee has been through the sorting process 3 times (hence triple picked), making it as clean a coffee as you will find from Sumatra. All our Sumatran coffees are directly sourced through a small family export company and our good friend Dody Sayhrum from CV Yudi Putra. YP have an extensive network of small micromills in the Sumatra lake Toba region of Sumatra and Aceh. Ethiopian Coffee (Sidama Oromia Tade GG Nefas Farm) These stunning coffees come from two of our favourite farms in Ethiopia. Extremely thin layers of coffee are spread across raised drying beds, allowing the beans to dry evenly. These high altitude, cool climate farms grow some exceptionally small and dense coffee beans, which make for a super complex and sweet flavour profile.
