Benvenuti da Geppetto Immigrating from Italy in 1969, Nino at 17 years of age, along with his family and a couple of suitcases moved to Melbourne. With his experience, heritage and desire to express his love for food & hospitality from his hometown region of Puglia, he decided to open "Geppetto Trattoria in 1981. After many years of continuous operation, this legacy remains, along with his son Adriano, hoping to preserve these values for many more years to come.

A soft and textural mouthfeel showing both depth and elegance. Fine, silky tannins. Deep red with a good tinge of purple colour; the bouquet shy and somewhat reticent, unready, and laced with some smoky toasty oak. 2014 Barossa, SA 270 2012 Piedmont Italy 130 Leather, truffle and tilled soil aromas. Dense and forward lead to juicy black cherry and star anise. Velvety tannins give it a smooth, polished texture.
