Christmas 3 Day Package Christmas EVE Arrive in the afternoon on Christmas Eve and relax with Afternoon Tea. Guests can gather in The Oak Bar for mulled wine and canapés before a 3 course dinner. Christmas Day Breakfast followed by a stroll in the gardens and woodlands. Luncheon will be served between 12noon and 3.00pm. Afternoon tea and Christmas cake will accompany The Queens Speech. Terms and Conditions Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of booking by paying a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the booking being released. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If numbers reduce after paying the deposit, the deposit cannot be used to pay any of the outstanding balance of the event cost. Full pre-payment of all events is required no later than November 30th 2017. We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements BUT we do require at least 7 days notice. We reserve the right to cancel any event should a minimum number not be reached. Alternative dates or a full refund will be offered in this circumstance. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel. We also reserve the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour. NO food or drink may be brought into the hotel or grounds by guests. We reserve the right to confiscate items.
