A NOTE FROM ALEX Hello and welcome to Charlotte s! Charlotte s Group comes from my love of two things West London and hospitality. I m devoted and passionate about the area, growing up here and now living locally with my little boy. My very first job (many moons ago!) was at Charlotte s Place as a teenage pot-wash it really is my home, my work and my play. In fact, it was those pot-wash shifts that hooked me on my second passion, restaurants. I ve worked in hospitality ever since! Over a decade ago I was lucky enough to buy Charlotte s Place from my old boss. At the time, it was a little tired so I m delighted to have breathed new life into it and returned it to a vibrant institution that s now been loved by locals for over three decades. After that came the opening of Charlotte s Bistro (2010) - our bar & restaurant in Chiswick and more recently Charlotte s W5 (2016) - our café, bar & restaurant in Ealing Broadway. Despite our expansion, the group is still based on the quality food, fabulous drinks and great service which are my original and remain my, admittedly slightly obsessive, passions. Whether it s at Charlotte s Place, Bistro or W5, I sincerely hope that you enjoy your visit, whether you re coming for business or leisure. We work tirelessly to take the stress out of organising your event and make it as easy as possible. We pay attention to the details, providing you and your guests with an effortlessly relaxed social or business occasion. To make booking your event even easier, there s also No room hire charge for any event space No extra charges (plasma screen, flipchart etc if we have it, you can use it) ~ Whichever Charlotte s you choose, we ll look after you from start to finish ~
CHARLOTTE S GROUP [ CHARLOTTE S PLACE ] Charlotte s Place is our home and heritage restaurant, where we make every occasion special, but it doesn t need to be a special occasion to hold an event here! Our original and beautiful Ground Floor Dining Room still wows guests just as much as our newly refurbished First Floor Dining Room and every table has views of the gorgeous Ealing Common outside. Whatever the season, an event here provides a nano-break from the hustle and bustle of London s city life. And, of course, guests can enjoy Head Chef, Lee Cadden s high quality, seasonal dishes which have delighted our loyal customers for over a decade, as well as enticing newcomers to try this very special destination dining venue. Our wine list offers a fine selection of wines including an ever-evolving range by the glass, which can be specifically tailored to your menu. Within 15 minutes walk of Ealing Broadway and Common tube stations, there is also a very handy three hour free parking zone for those coming by car. CHARLOTTE S GROUP [ CHARLOTTE S BISTRO ] Charlotte s Bistro is a cut above your classic local bar & restaurant, providing superb quality food and drink in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. Starting life in 2010 as more fun-loving daughter than sister to Charlotte s Place, the Bistro breathed life into Chiswick, opening to rave reviews and packed tables. Cleverly filling a niche between high street chain brasserie and top end fine dining, the Bistro has won a place in locals hearts as a buzzy, friendly spot serving impeccably sourced food at reasonable prices. Handily located in the heart of Chiswick just two minutes from the Tube, the upper restaurant area can be hired exclusively for up to 58 guests and is also often used for business lunches and informal corporate dinners for up to 16. We take great pride in sourcing high quality local produce and handle it with great care. From bread, stocks and ice creams in the kitchen, to purées, cordials and infusions on the bar, naturally we make them all. Working with only seasonal ingredients, about a third of our menu changes every month. At Bistro, our bar and wine list mirrors our food. CHARLOTTE S GROUP [ CHARLOTTE S W5 ] W5 sees the Charlotte s Group come of age with this spacious café, bar & restaurant. Opening in 2016, the latest addition to the Charlotte s family is a stunningly converted Victorian stable block with unique versatility. Situated just five minutes from Ealing Broadway in the new Dicken s Yard development, W5 s event spaces combined with fabulous all day dining have already proved a hit with local businesses and networking groups. Our total flexibility within the 6000sq ft space enables us to host all kinds of events in semi-private areas, devoting sections to suit your business occasion - whether that s smaller events such as board or breakfast meetings, networking sessions, brain-storming or team dinners, or any manner of larger events up to 200 guests. Whatever the event, menu planning is easy. Our relaxed all-day dining menu means there s always something for everyone to enjoy. For parties up to 14, guests can pick from our party menu on the day - no pre-ordering is necessary. Whilst for bigger groups we have a range of sharing and bespoke canapé menus for you to choose from.
