TERMS & CONDITIONS Reservations Once we ve received your completed booking form and a 15 per person deposit, your booking will be complete. Please note the deposit will be deducted from the final bill only. Our festive menus are available throughout November and December 2015. To enable us to provide the best possible service, please arrange for your party to arrive promptly, to be seated at the time booked. Cancellations & amendments If you re unable to make your booking, let us know a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your booking date, we will be able to refund your deposit. If you want to make changes to your booking please let us know as soon as possible. If you want to add to your party we will do our best to fit you in, however, if for any reason you haven t let us know that fewer people are attending, their deposit will be retained. Dietary requirements Vegetarian menus are available on request and all our our chicken, duck and lamb is halal, but if you have any other dietary requirements, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. The high number of ingredients prepared in our kitchens each day mean we cannot guarantee that every allergen in the food served will be identified and/or labelled. Consumers that are concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Please refrain from dining if you have any type of severe food allergy or serious dietary restriction. Yang Sing cannot assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed. Restrictions Our Festive menus are recommended for parties of 4 or more, smaller parties will be offered the menu on a pro rata basis. Our lunch menu is available until 4pm only. You may be restricted to a limit of 2.5 hours table occupancy, unless otherwise advised. You will, of course, be welcome to continue in the bar area after completing your meal. Payment terms You can pay with all major cards and cash, however we don t accept cheques or offer account facilities. If you wish to make payment via credit card of 500 or over, a surcharge of 2% will be applied. A discretionary 10% service charge will be included on your final bill. This goes to the team that prepare and serve your food and make your visit to us possible. We would be grateful if your party would settle the bill before leaving the bar/restaurant, as it is not possible to carry the bill over to other dining/ bar areas.
