new year BREAK 30th December: Arrive in time for Afternoon Tea and cakes. Your evening will be off to a magical start with some amazing tricks from our table magician and then it s off to dinner for a delicious three-course carved buffet in The Shakespeare Restaurant. New Year s Eve: After a hearty breakfast explore the area. Stratford Manor is ideally placed for sightseeing in Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa or Warwick, after which you can drop your shopping bags and put your feet up with tea and scones on your return. In the evening, dress to impress and join us for your New Year Celebration. Your evening begins with a Kir Royale Champagne reception and canapés, before sitting down to a four-course Gala Dinner. During dinner you will be treated to entertainment from our live band and after dinner you ll be dancing into the early hours with our resident DJ. Dress code: Black Tie, over 18 s only. You will be seated at party tables of up to 10 people. Booking Terms & Conditions All event dates are subject to availability. We will ask for a 15 per guest non-refundable, nontransferable deposit which will be used against the cost of the meal and cannot be used on drinks. For Party Nights, Spa Packages and Visiting Friends & Family accommodation bookings, full non-refundable prepayment is required. For New Year and Christmas package bookings 50 per person non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required. The remaining payment is to be paid in full by 1st November 2017. Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive all the deposits. If you are paying on behalf of a large group please send one cheque or arrange payment by one credit/debit card. The balance of payment for all meals and accommodation must be received by 1st November 2017. Menu pre-orders must be received by the hotel 21 days prior to your arrival. Bookings that cancel prior to 1st November 2017 will lose the deposits paid. Bookings that cancel after 1st November 2017 will be charged the total value of all the facilities they have reserved i.e. accommodation, meals, beverages. Menu choices and special dietary requirements must be supplied with the final balance of payment to ensure efficient service. There may be an additional charge for some special dietary requests which have to be provided by the hotel or specialist suppliers.
