Le Restaurant Guy Savoy Restaurant Guy Savoy, ranked amongst the very best in every gastronomic guide, is situated in Monnaie de Paris, spread across six 18th century salons offering views onto the Seine, the Louvre, the Pont Neuf and the Institut de France. Here architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte envisaged a setting at once restrained and contemporary, where works of art stoke the fires of modernity and where the dining table becomes a veritable theatrical stage, focusing and capturing light. The interior architecture, the artwork, and the view The restaurant s interior architecture is the brainchild of Jean-Michel Wilmotte. A number of artworks are on display throughout the salons, works either belonging to Guy Savoy himself or on loan from François Pinault (the Pinault Collection). 5
Private hire of one or more salons Restaurant Guy Savoy can accommodate groups from 8 to 30 guests for a seated meal. The smallest of our salons can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and our largest 28 guests. Depending on the number of guests and concurrent reservations, we are able to make available one or a number of adjoining salons without a hire charge. To allow guests full enjoyment and privacy during their event, the double doors of the salon(s) will be closed. You can hire: - Salon Scènes de Paris, for a minimum rate of 8 500 for 12 people maximum. - Salon Belles Bacchantes, for a minimum rate of 15 000 for a maximum of 20 people. - Salon Vert Galant, for a minimum rate of 18 000 pour 30 personnes maximum. These rates include the rental of the lounge, the menu and drinks. 6
Here is an example of a set menu we can propose to you: - Lobster with hot & cold bouillon, with sweet spices - Skate wing cooled with caviar, Breton-style ragoût - Oven-baked John Dory with a delicate shellfish parcel - Artichoke soup with black truffle; layered truffled mushroom brioche and more... - Stuffed free-range hen; roasted suprême, steamed leg - Exotic fruits/ coconut Here are the wines recommended by our sommelier to accompany this set menu: - Champagne Guy Savoy - Alsace, Riesling «Hengst» 2014 Valentin Zusslin - Chassagne-Montrachet "Chenevottes" 2013 Domaine Marc Morey - Pomerol Château La Clémence 1999 We attach particular care to the quality of our products, dishes and wines proposed in the set menu can be slightly modified if we meet concerns of supply.
