03 Itinerary - For Camp Elephant DAY 1: DEPART THAILAND & ARRIVE IN SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA Depart Bangkok in the morning and travel to Siem Reap, arriving mid afternoon (traffic depending). Spend the afternoon topping up your tan by your very own swimming pool! In the evening head to a restaurant for a Cambodian Buffet Meal and Cultural Dancing Show, before heading to the night market. Siem Reap is famous for it s night markets, so if you were planning on buying souvenirs, this is the place to do it! DAY 2: ANGKOR WAT & TUK TUK TOUR! Time to wake up early, but don t worry, we promise it s worth it! At 4:30am you ll be leaving for the Angkor Wat Sunrise! Early but 100% worth it for the view! This is the largest religious site in the world, a Unesco World Heritage site and one of the Wonders of the World! After your tour guide will lead you around Angkor Thom. After a morning of seeing the hotspots of Angkor Wat jump back in your Tuk Tuk Tour and head back to the hotel for some rest and lunch. Mid afternoon jump back in your tuk tuk for a tour around Siem Reap. Visit the local Crafts Village, Killing Fields Monument and the Place Of The Monk. Later that evening dance the night away along the infamous, Pub Street. DAY 3: COUNTRYSIDE BIKE RIDE In the morning, enjoy a lie in, you ve earned it after a busy schedule. After lunch hop on your bike and follow your guide to explore the beauty of the local Cambodian countryside. See how local villagers live and explore the local rice paddies. After an incredible day exploring head out to Pub Street for a club night Rooftop Party! DAY 4: WATERFALL TRIP - PHNOM KULEN NATIONAL PARK This beautiful mountain range is considered a holy mountain in Cambodia, with special religious significance to Hindus and Buddhists who come to the mountain in pilgrimage. Take a dip in what will probably be the largest waterfall you ve ever seen and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty! DAY 5: DEPART Time to tick Cambodia off your bucket list! After a great trip seeing the highlights of Siem Reap, head back to the border before crossing into Thailand and travelling back to Bangkok.
