Terms & Conditions CONTRACT Customers booking an event are reminded that a contract exists between them and the Hotel. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING All bookings are considered provisional until the required deposit and confirmation is received from the customer. This confirmation is to be sent in writing to the hotel within 14 days of the provisional booking. Where deposits are not received within the required time scale, provisional bookings will be released. The Customer s final detailed requirements, such as menu choices, will be agreed after the booking has been confirmed. DEPOSITS & FULL PAYMENT DETAILS A 15.00 per person deposit is required for Party Nights and Private Parties by 10th October 2018.
