Christmas Party Booking Details Welcome to the North Sea Chinese Restaurant. Whether you are celebrating with family and friends, or planning an office party, you ll be guaranteed fabulous Chinese Cuisine and service in exotic surroundings. We have arranged a special banquet menu for this festival. If our management team or ourselves can assist you in any way in planning your Christmas and New Year s Eve party at North Sea Chinese Restaurant, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our resident D.J. will entertain you until mid-night. On Friday & Saturday. Our resident D.J. will entertain you until 1.00 am. (D.J. available for party bookings from Dec. 1st to Dec. 24th inclusive) Friday Lunch Time Sitting: Bookings can be made between 12 noon & 4 pm Due to safety regulations and space, we regret that the lunchtime guests cannot stay for the evening disco. The Organisers are requested to notify all their guests that DEPOSITS are NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are informed in writing three weeks prior to the arranged booking about cancellations.
Party Booking Arrangements www.north-sea.co.uk Reservations: Bookings can be made provisionally by telephone, but must be confirmed by sending in an official booking form within 14 days of making the reservation with a 10 deposit per person. A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you. Please check on availability before sending in the completed booking form. Should you wish to increase the size of your party, please give advance notice. The availability of extra places will depend on other bookings. We DO NOT accept cheques for deposit payments, payment with credit or debit card only, sorry for any inconvenience cause. Cancellations: We regret that should your party cancel or numbers be reduced, the 10 deposit per person is NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are informed in writing three weeks prior to the arranged booking. Responsibility: The person who made the booking (The Organiser) is responsible for all the payments and amendments. Should any amendments be requested for your party, these must be authorised by the Organiser to the Restaurant Manager. If the Organiser wishes to make total payment for the meal in advance please contact a member of the management. It is the responsibility of the Organiser to ensure that all guests behave in an orderly manner whilst dining in the Restaurant. Any damages caused will be evaluated and the total cost incurred will be passed to the Organiser. Special Diets: Group Organisers are requested to ensure that all special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, ethnic) are notified in advance. Taxi Arrangements: North Sea Chinese Restaurant cannot be held responsible for any taxis booked on behalf of customers. It is recommended that all guests requiring taxis make prior arrangements to avoid delays. Final Payment: We accept Cash( ), Visa, Master Card and Debit Card for the final payment. Please Note: We do NOT accept Company/Personal Cheques for the final payment/balance on the night. Wine: Because of the large numbers attending these events, we recommend that an initial amount of wine is ordered and paid for in advance.
