The Venue Redhill & Reigate Golf Club is an ideal venue for your function. The building has been decorated throughout with a fresh and airy feel, perfect for any sized event, be it intimate or on a larger scale. The building has three main areas for functions. The Braid plus the Vardon or combined as the Braid and Vardon Suite plus the Lounge. These are connected with a folding wall which provides an adaptable space utilising The Braid and Vardon suite, or combining all the areas (including the Lounge) to create the larger Clubhouse option. Terms & Conditions 1. PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS These will be held for up to a period of two weeks, after which time the club reserve the right to request confirmation of the booking with a deposit and completed Booking Form. 2. PAYMENT AND DATE SCHEDULE In order to confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit which is equivalent to the total hire fee as determined on the Booking Form. At the same time a completed and signed Booking Form is required indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Eight weeks prior to the event we will require you to finalise details including menus, drink requirements and guest numbers. Four weeks prior to the event you will need to make any final amendments and pay the remaining balance (which is non-refundable) the number of guests advised at this stage will be the minimum that you will be charged for, regardless of any decrease in numbers inside of this period. Full payment of all costs as listed in your final invoice must be received in clear funds at least 14 days before the event. Redhill and Reigate Golf Club reserve the right to cancel the event and levy a cancellation charge of the full amount. Any additional charges made on the day such as additional drinks and bar tabs must be paid before departing Redhill and Reigate Golf Club. Cheques cannot be accepted on the day. 3. OUR FACILITIES Guests are not permitted on the golf course or allowed to disrupt any golf players. Redhill and Reigate Golf Club operates a smart / casual dress code. Anyone not suitably attired will be refused admission into the clubhouse. No outside food and beverage is permitted on the premises without written consent from the event management team. Redhill and Reigate Golf Club is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas being on the patio where ashtrays have been provided along with the front entrance to the venue. 4. NOISE MANAGEMENT Redhill and Reigate Golf Club reserve the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behavior of all clients and guests. We retain the right to terminate the event without being liable to any refund or compensation. It is the clients responsibility to ensure all reasonable efforts are made to minimise noise for our neighbours therefore we ask that taxi s are booked in advance, there is no waiting for them in the car park. Undue noise in and around the car park will not accepted. 5. EVENT Redhill and Reigate Golf Club s management reserves the right to refuse admission to the Clubhouse to any person it considers undesirable (in its absolute discretion). The client and their guests agree to obey all instructions and comply with all requests of the Club s team relating to safety. Without limitation, such instructions and requests may relate to compliance with fire and/or licensing regulations, noise levels, the behavior of all persons attending the event, parking of vehicles and any other matters affecting the good management of the Club. In default, Redhill and Reigate Golf Club reserves the right to end the event and the full charges for the event will nevertheless remain payable by the client. No compensation or refund (in whole or part) will be payable to the client. 6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE The client shall be responsible for and shall indemnify the Club against any loss or damage caused unreasonably to the Club s premises and property, by themselves and/or persons attending the event with them. It is the policy of Redhill and Reigate Golf Club to charge for such damage in all cases. Damage shall include but not limited to walls, lighting fitting, soiling carpets and furnishings requiring (in the opinion of the Club) special cleaning. Redhill and Reigate Golf Club does not accept liability for damage or loss of any goods, including cakes, decorations or any equipment held on behalf of the client prior, during or after the event date. 7. CANCELLATIONS Redhill and Reigate Golf Club reserve the right to cancel any booking if the premises or any part of it is unavailable due to circumstances outside of its control. Redhill and Reigate Golf Club reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change any aspect of your booking that could potentially cause damage to premises, grounds or reputation. All cancellations of a confirmed booking must be made in writing to Redhill and Reigate Golf Club. Upon receipt of the cancellation the initial deposit will be lost, with the following fees being applied: Between 8 and 6 months prior to the event date 50% of the estimated final invoice value. Between 5 and 4 months prior to the event date 75% of the estimated final invoice value. Inside of 3 months prior to the event date: 100% of the final invoice value. Redhill and Reigate Golf Club reserve the right to cancel a booking for reasons beyond its control (including fire, flood, Acts of God or the Clubhouse being unfit for the intended use and any other unforeseen circumstance). 8. OUR PRICE PROMISE All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless detailed separately. We guarantee that the prices we quote will not be increased Whilst the company has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the information contained in its brochure, website and advertising is accurate, it reserves the right to alter or withdraw any service, facility or amenity without notice if necessary.
