Lagers Draught Beers Stiegl 7.25 Established in 1492 at the foothills of the Austrian Alps and brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, Stiegl is brewed with 100% barley malt, whole flower hops and pure spring water; a refreshingly mellow alternative to more bitter Northern European lagers. 4.9% - 500ml Jever 7.25 Jever Pilsner the classic Frisian Pilsner with its very own bitter taste. The special soft brewing water of Friesland and the famous hint of more hops give Jever Pilsner its bitter Frisian taste. This unrivaled distinct character has distinguished the brand for decades. 5.2% - 500ml Hofbrau Original Munich Helles 7.25 Munich s Hofbrauhaus was founded in 1589 and this Munich Helles, their flagship beer, demonstrates the exemplary balance that only such a legacy can bring. The hops are lightly herbal, practically grassy and the barley retains its grainy character. The crisp finish makes this a perfect choice for any occasion. 5.1% - 500ml Pilsner Urquell 7.25 First brewed in 1842, Pilsner Urquell was the first beer of its kind and has become one of the most imitated beers in history. This Czech Pilsner derives its aroma of pepper and hay from the Saaz hops that also give the delicately balanced bitter finish. 4.1% - 500ml Mill Street Organic 6.50 Ontario s first certified organic lager was born in 2002. Brewed with imported malt and hops, this 4.2% Northern German Pilsner offers a light, crisp and refreshing flavour with a clean finish. A gateway into craft beer for those who prefer a lighter beverage. 4.2% - 500ml

Ales Draught Beers Rogue 7.25 Ask server about rotating taps from one of America's finest breweries 500ml Beau s Lug Tread Lagered Ale 6.95 Lug Tread is a North American approximation of the Kolsch style of beer, which originated in Cologne, Germany. Made entirely with organic ingredients, Lug Tread is an ale which is aged like a lager, making for a crisp, refreshing beer that goes great with charcuterie. 5.2% - 500ml Black Oak Pale Ale 6.50 A golden-amber Pale Ale borrowing from both the English and American styles, Black Oak s Pale Ale is a mildly carbonated offering that delivers a burst of citrus balanced by a slightly nutty malt character. Its cult following has ensured its presence on tap at this location since the year 2000. 5.0% - 500ml Mad Tom IPA 6.95 A hop forward American style India Pale Ale, Mad Tom is delicately balanced despite its massive bitterness. The sweetness of the caramel malt backbone supports vibrant grapefruit and pithy citrus aromas that fade into pine on the palate. One of the finest IPAs brewed in Canada. 6.4% - 500ml Delirium Tremens 7.50 This triple-fermented golden ale was introduced in 1989 by the family-owned Huyghe Brewery of Melle, Belgium. This is a complex Belgian Strong Ale with a bouquet of fruit and spice, a sweet body and a slightly warming finish. 8.5% - 330ml Guinness Draught 7.25 This dry stout is many people s first foray into better beer. The iconic black pint with its creamy off-white head is worth the two minutes it takes to pour it properly. Its roasted barley lends a refreshing bitterness to this Irish specialty. 4.2% - 500ml Sierra Nevada 6.50 Pale Ale is a medium-bodied beer packed with flavor and complexity from the use of premium malt and whole-cone Cascade hops. It has a bright, flowery, and citrus flavour balanced by a toasted and slightly sweet malt body. The aroma is big and fragrant in what has become known as the Sierra Nevada style. 5% - 500ml Side Launch Pale Ale 6.50 Locally sourced hops give this malt-forward pale ale a kick of tropical fruit. Not too bitter, not too sweet, this is one well balanced beer. 5.3% - 500ml

Ales cont'd Draught Beers Maredsous 8 7.50 Maredsous Brune is an Abbey Dubbel that was originally brewed only for Christmas. This rich, slightly sour burgundy ale displays caramel sweetness and a variety of dried fruit ranging from raisins to plums in addition to restrained coffee and chocolate. 8% - 330ml Hobgoblin Ale 7.25 Brewed by Wychwood in Oxfordshire, this English ESB displays many of the flavours that define the style. The moderate hop bitterness plays in the background with notes of dried fruit, chocolate and toffee coming to the fore. A fine introduction to English Ales. 5.2% - 500ml Leifman s Fruitesse 6.50 Aged on cherries for 18 months this Belgian Kriek is then blended with strawberry, raspberry, cherry, elderberry and bilberry juices to create a sweet beer with a fruit punch character. Served over ice, it s perfect for a lazy summer afternoon or as an aperitif. 4.2% - 250ml Houblon Chouffe 7.50 Houblon Chouffe Was brewed for the first time in 2006. It is an Indian Pale ale type of beer, with a harmonious balance between a marked bitterness (three types of hops are used to make it) and a pleasant fruitiness. The Houblon Chouffe is unfiltered and re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg. 9% - 250ml Wheat Beer Hopf Weissbier 7.25 This unfiltered Hefe Weissbier has been brewed in Miesbach, Bavaria since 1892. Hopf Weisse is a top fermented wheat beer that pours with a pillowy head that gives off an aroma of banana and clove. With its light body, it s a refreshing choice that pairs well with lighter fare. 5.3% - 500ml CiDer Waupoos Premium Cider 6.95 Waupoos Premium Cider has a crisp, refreshing taste with a golden effervescent body; pleasantly dry with a lingering, apple finish and light fruity aromas. 6.5% - 500ml ASK SERVER ABOUT THE ROTATION FOR THE SELECTION OF DRAUGHT BEER.

Rich on the palate this dry wine offers characters of fresh fruit and buttered popcorn. Glass - 7 Half Litre - 20 Bottle - 30 Cabert Cantina di Bertiolo Pinot Grigio Friuli, Italy Pale yellow, slightly amber in colour, this fresh, dry wine offers aromas of citrus and melon with hints of nuts and toasted bread. Glass - 8 Half Litre - 22 Bottle - 30 Humberto Canale Estate Sauvignon Blanc Patagonia, Argentina Citrus at the start and then nuances of pineapple, mango and passion fruit. It is dry, sweet and round in the mouth, with balanced acidity and a long finish. Glass - 8 Half Litre - 22 Bottle - 30 Seven Peaks Chardonnay This bright, refreshing wine offers enticing aromas of butterscotch, pear and citrus accented with a slight hint of orange blossom. Flavours of crisp white peach, Gravenstein apple and subtle oak complement the lush vanilla-cream palate, while a wet stone minerality and bright acidity lifts the structure for a brilliant finish. Glass - 9 Half Litre - 25 Bottle - 40 Staete Landt Map Maker Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, New Zealand Intensely aromatic with lifted passionfruit, fresh cut grass and citrus grapefruit on the nose. In the mouth, creamy with limey notes and a lingering mineral finish. Bottle - 40 Domaine Bernard Defaix Chablis Chablis, France Light gold in colour. The bouquet displays a dominance of mineral notes with delicate touches of lemon and grapefruit. The finish is long and intense. Bottle - 49 DeLoach Vineyards Chardonnay Russian River Valley, USA Citrus notes of lime and mandarin, nutmeg and baked apple.
