General Information Franklin Country Club welcomes events throughout the year. The Wrentham Room, Franklin Room, Outdoor Deck and Ballroom available for events from 20-200 guests. Timing for events vary, depending on event type and requirements. *Membership not required to host events. Food & Beverage Franklin Country Club policies and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensing require that all food and beverage consumed by you and your guests must come from Franklin Country Club. Food and beverages are prohibited from leaving our premises. For the safety of all your guests, we reserve the right to limit alcohol consumption. All bars must conclude 15 minutes prior to your event scheduled end time. All menu selections are required to be complete 30 days prior to your event, final counts are due 10 days prior. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve a date for your event at Franklin Country Club. The next payment required will be due six months prior to your event. The final payment is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event. Deposits may be a personal check, certified check, cash OR credit card, final payment must be certified check. Any additional charges incurred during the event must be paid at the conclusion of your event. The club allows credit cards for incidentals. All deposits are applied towards your final bill. Room Set Up Charges *Monday-Thursday Set Up Charge $250-$500, Friday-Sunday Set Up Charges $250-$750 Friday & Sunday $500 for The Upper Lobby, Ballroom & Outdoor Deck Saturday $1000 The Upper Lobby, Ballroom & Outdoor Deck *Set up fees vary, depending on food & beverage requirements. *Club members contact event sales office for additional information.
