Q & A What is included in the Catered Package? Your catered ticket includes park admission, All-You-Can-Eat meal and unlimited drinks during your meal time and a FREE ticket to Six Flags White Water valid from June l 30, 2019. What time is the catered meal served? The catered meal is served from 11:00AM 1:00PM on April 19, April 26, and May 17. The meal on May 10 will be served from 11:00AM 2:00PM. Each school is given an arrival time to eat, so please check your meal tickets when you receive your ticket package. This meal time is a suggestion and can be adjusted based on your schedule. Once you arrive to the pavilion, you are welcome to stay until meal service time is over. Is there a minimum order requirement? There is a minimum order requirement of 15 tickets or more (l FREE ticket for every 15 ordered). Children 2 years and under are FREE. How far in advance do I need to place an order? Orders received 10 days prior to the event date will have their tickets shipped in advance. Orders received within 10 days, will be held for pick-up at Will Call. Please note: Sending a check via regular mail can take 7-10 business days to reach the park. We recommend sending a check via Fed-ex, UPS, Priority or Express Mail. PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. What forms of payment do you accept? Education Day tickets can be purchased on-line or via PayPal using a credit card. School checks can be mailed to our address on the order form. Please note: Order forms received without payment are incomplete and will not be processed. Do I need to pay for my bus driver? Bus Drivers with a valid CDL can show their license at Will Call to receive a free admission ticket. If the school purchased the catered package, additional meal tickets for the bus drivers can be purchased at Will Call. What if we have additional students who want to come, but we have already submitted an order? Bring your original confirmation to Will Call on the day of your event, and you can purchase additional tickets at the same rate. Tax exemption is only valid on advance purchases and cannot be honored on event day. What are park hours for the Education Days? April 19, April 26 and May 10, we will be open from. May 17 hours will be 9:00AM 4:00PM. What if my school can't visit on a regular Education Day? Your group can visit on a regular scheduled operating day of your choice if one of our education days does not work for your school group. Please review our web site at sixflags.com/overgeorgia for the most up to date operating calendar. Is outside food or beverages permitted in the park? Any food and beverages brought into the park can only be done for specific allergy or religious reasons. All bags will be searched by park security upon entry into the park. Can I bring a cooler/bag with medications needed for students? Yes. First Aid has refrigerators and storage available for medications. All bags will be searched by park security upon entry into the park. What if my school is tax exempt? Tax exempt status only applies to schools with a GA ST-5 form. This form must be submitted with the order form and payment 10 days in advance. Tax exemption does not apply when ordering on-line or at the gate on the day of the event.
