The manor villa, built only 10 years ago by using high quality materials, has a total surface of 300 square metres and is disposed on two levels, composed as follows. Ground floor: entrance hall, large living room and dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room and the dining area have direct access to the porch.
