DESCRIPTION This superb villa, is on two floors and with plenty of room and good solutions. On the first floor, you will find a large and bright living room, with exits to the garden. Here are high ceilings and big glass doors, which makes the house very bright. The property is furnished with furniture of good quality. Her you will find a corner sofa, dining table and Lcd tv. The kitchen is bright and modern, with much countertop space. Here you will find a dishwashing machine, coffee machine and other kitchen suppliances. There is also a small dining table in the kitchen. Still on the first floor, you will find two bedrooms. One is the master bedroom and has direct access to the garden. Here are a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Beautiful tiles and a bathtub/shower, which are a few steps down, makes this bathroom suitable for people with walking disabilities. Furthermore on this floor, you will find another bathroom with shower and a children s bedroom with two single beds. From the living room there are stairs to the second floor. Up here, you will find a loft with a sleeping couch for two people. You will also find another bedroom, with a private bath with shower. The room has partially pitched roofs and air-condition. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a very big and well-kept garden. Everything is fenced and with good parking facilities. Here is a pool measuring 9 x 4,85 meters. Depth around 1.30 meters. Here is also a trampoline and a sail court for children. The garden has many places with shadow, a covered terrace, a couch and a big table, where you can enjoy meals outside. You will also find a grill and many beautiful olive trees, some of which are more than 100 years old. Outside, you can sit and enjoy a beatiful sunset. The owners live on the plot. They are very nice and welcoming. They have their own private patio. On the area, you will also find some donkeys and other animals, all behind fences. WHAT RENATE THINKS YOU SHOULD KNOW Arrival is on Thursdays There is a cat, living in the area The owners live in the area where the villa is situated, but the pool and garden are private for you as guests. 500 euro must be paid as deposit at arrival. Prices are for 5 persons, for each extra price is 120 euro a week
LOCATION The villa is located on a hill, around 3 kilometres from the cosy medieval city of Tarquinia. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee and the fresh air from the sea, together with the beautiful view. You can easily park your car at the city walls of Tarquinia and walk up to the town. Here you will find some shops, bars and many charming restaurants, where you can enjoy a good meal at much lower cost than other more famous places in Italy. Here is also a market, several times during the week. In the summer season, the city also arranges different festivals, where you can eat outside on the Piazza and enjoy live music from the stage. There are several supermarkets around 3 4 kilometres away, and also a butcher who sells local meat of very good quality. We also have contacts to a local winery, where we can arrange private dinner parties or a simple wine tasting. The beaches at Marina Velca and Tarquinia Lido, is 8 kilometres away. Here you can choose between the private and calm area of Marina Velca or Tarquinia Lido, which are a little bit more public, with a great bicycle path and small shops and bars. Tarquinia Lido has a nice Tivoli in the summer season and many markets. The area is also known for its many fantastic fish restaurants. When you rent Villa Alina, there are many possibilities for activities. We can arrange for you to hire bicycles, if you wish to go for a ride. There is a waterpark nearby, horse-riding and a theme park, where you can climb the trees. We recommend trips to Viterbo and Tuscania in Lazio. Otherwise you can go north to Tuscany and the Argentario peninsula, with its cosy harbours. Rome, with all its attractions, is only a short trip with the train. You can park your car at the train station only 4 kilometres from the house. Not to forget the amazing painted graves in Tarquinia, which are on the UNESCO list.
