This cocktail brings together the bright acidity of a natural wine, notes of wheat, cumin, flowers and apples, to evoke Rajasthan s agricultural and rural areas. KETEL ONE, RED VEIN SORREL, LBV PORT, MINT 19.8% Western Bengal is at the bottle neck of India, stretching from the Himalayas in the north to the Bay of Bengal in the south. Served like a chilled red wine, cherry and hedgerow fruits mixed with anise and mint, create the crisp sensation of the mountainous environment of Northern Bengal. TANQUERAY, SAFFRON, FORTIFIED WINE, PX SHERRY, BAY LEAF 21.4% Kashmir is the northernmost state of India, famed for its production of saffron or kessar in hindi. This rich cocktail celebrates the aromatic properties of Kashmiri saffron and amplifies them with flavours of bay leaf, raisin and sticky medjool dates.
TANQUERAY, PINE, FINO, EUCALYPTUS 18.9% Madya Pradesh is the heart of India. A heavily forested state covered in trees of bamboo and teak. Served like a classic gin martini, this cocktail presents green, grassy notes and earthy eucalyptus, reminiscent of a walk in the Madhya Pradesh forest. KETEL ONE, ROSE VERMOUTH, GREEN CARDAMOM, CHERRY 14% Fondly referred to as God s Own Country ; Kerala in the south of India on the Malabar coast, is fringed with coconut palms, extensive tea plantations and sun drenched spice fields, famed for cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper.
