OISOI ARTISAN DIM SUM 赏味经典粤式手工点心 The key element of Dim Sum culture to me is Gathering! I remember the time when I was in Hong Kong, I socialised with my friends, seniors, colleagues and family members in Dim Sum restaurants for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. I have been making Dim Sum dishes over 25 years. I actually learned all the techniques from my farther whom is a well respected Dim Sum Master Chef in Hong Kong. OISOI KOREAN DISHES 赏味韩食 Like butter and bread, Kimchi is a major part of our daily lives here in Korea. I have been an artisan kimchi maker for over two decades. And I plant, grow and make my Kimchi and pickled vegetables with strict and very traditional methods in a small mountain-surrounded village named Mitan, Pyeongchang City. I hand pick and prepare each individual cabbage, then marinate and keep them in specially made clay pots in front of my house over 14 months before selling. Many items of my pickled vegetables were selected and used in several Michelin Stared restaurants globally. I designed the OISOI Korean menu dishes as the way how I would cook it for my son here in Korea. Many of the key ingredients were grown in my private mountain farm field and then directly air shipped to OISOI. Gam Sa Ham Ni Da! OISOI SOUTH EAST ASIAN DISHES 赏味东南亚风味咖喱 The fact is, you can make curries whatever the way you would like to make. Imaginations, preferences and skills can create various curry dishes with different combinations and use of herbs, fruits and vegetables, only sky is the limit. I created the OISOI South East Asian curry dishes through my inspirations and beloved taste memories during my childhood in Malaysia. I remembered the scenes and senses of the local food markets where my parents usually took me to daily when I lived in Penang city. Colorful and abundant ingredients makes a vivid scene!
