They are from England and I just love hearing them talk with that British accent! You get a feeling of Home when you walk onto the front porch and then into the gift shop area. They have done a lot with the place. Michelle was a teacher of Floral Design back home and has taught more than 3000 students. She misses teaching and is planning to start it up right there in her own fl orist. Last month Michelle and her husband joined the Central Florida Florist Association (CFFA) and attended the February meeting. I feel that she will be a valuable asset to the association. Bucket Special Cooler Vase w/stand 16.25" DB100-68001 $6.80/pc 12 pcs/case Limited Quantity excerpted from 933fl z.com INGREDIENTS 1 can (8-oz.) pineapple rings in juice 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke 1 tsp. sea salt 1 tsp. curry powder 2 Tbsp. good dark rum 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. Key Lime juice (optional, more tangy) 2 Tbsp. molasses 1 tsp. green pepper sauce 4 large pork chops DIRECTIONS 1. Remove pineapple rings from juice. Whisk together all the ingredients with the pineapple juice for the marinade. Cover pork chops with the marinade and refrigerate for 4 hours. 2. Remove chops from marinade. Pour marinade into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil, stir, and drop heat to low and simmer. 3. Grill chops for 10 to 15 minutes occasionally turning. The last few minutes of cooking put the pineapple rings on the grill just to get the grill marks. Place the rings on top of the pork chops and pour on the marinade.

DecoFlorist Newsletter March 2009 Page 5 Central Florida Florist Association (CFFA) The February meeting at Westside Technical School was such a relaxing good time for us all! Karin Wilkerson who teaches Floral Design & Management at the school made all the arrangements for the evening. It started with a wonderful buffet style dinner by the culinary department. Then, we had a chair massage by the massage therapy department. WOW was that ever a treat! We held a small meeting while Karin picked four volunteers for a contest called Back in Time with an old/new look with four different wedding pieces. The evening was a real joy. Thank you Karin for all you did to make the evening a successful fun time!! Kim
