Freezer Meals Baked pasta 1 jar of pasta sauce 1 box of cooked noodles Mozzarella cheese 1) Brown the ground beef/turkey 2) Add all of the ingredients to a 8x8tin baking pan 3) Cover with foil and put it in the freezer Pulled Pork 1 lb pork loin 1 can of Dr.Pepper/ Coke BBQ sauce 1) Add all of the ingredients in a freezer bag with preferred spices 2) When ready to cook put into crockpot on high for 4-5 hours Italian Beef 1 lb of Round Tip Steak 1 Green Pepper sliced 1 Onion sliced 1 can of Beef Broth 1) Add all of the ingredients in a freezer bag with preferred spices 2) When ready to cook put into a crockpot on low for 7-8 Hours 3) Serve with Sub rolls and provolone/pepper jack cheese Pulled Chicken 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup BBQ sauce 1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1) Put all the ingredients into a freezer bag 2) When ready to cook place in crockpot for 4-5 hours on high
Salsa Chicken 1 lb of chicken breasts 1 jar of salsa Sliced onions and peppers (optional) 1) Add ingredients into a freezer bag 2) When ready to cook put into crockpot for 4-5 on high 3) Serve with tortilla shells and Mexican style cheese Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Bake 10 cups cooked rice 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped 4 cups chopped broccoli, lightly steamed 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cans cream of chicken soup 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste 1) Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl 2) Portion the bowl into 3-4 freezer bags 3) When ready to cook thaw and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes Fiesta Chicken Soup 4 to 5 Frozen or Fresh Chicken Breast 1 Packet of Taco Seasoning 1 Jar of Salsa 1 32oz. Container Chicken Broth 1 can Black Beans 1 can Great Northern Beans 1) Throw all of the ingredients into a Freezer bag (I sometimes separate it in two bags) 2) When ready to eat put it in a crockpot on high for 6 hours 3) Serve with cheese and Fritos (we used chili cheese Fritos) sprinkled on top Potato Soup 5 lbs of russet potatoes diced into cubes I small onion 5 cloves of garlic (or 2 ½ tsp of the jar stuff) 8 cups of chicken broth
16 oz of cream cheese softened Salt and pepper to taste 1) Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl (or put them all in a freezer bag if you just want one large batch) 2) Divide the mixture into 2 freezer bags 3) When ready to cook put it in crockpot on low for 7-8 hours 4) Serve with cheese, bacon, and any other toppings you prefer Tater Tot Casserole 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of green beans or corn drained Half a bag of tater tots 1) Brown the ground beef/turkey 2) Mix the beef/turkey, soup, and vegetable 3) Add mixture to a 8x8foil baking pan 4) Top with tater tots and cover with tin foil 5) When ready to eat top it with cheese at 350 for 25 minutes or until cheese is completely melted Beef Stir Fry I lb. of cubed strip steak Stir fry veggies (I usually only use broccoli put make this according to your taste) 1 tsp of minced garlic 1 small jar of water chestnuts (or divide a large one in half) Stir fry sauce (yep I cheat on this one) 1) Add all of the ingredients to a large freezer bag 2) When ready to cook thaw ingredients and throw into a frying pan or wok 3) Serve over 1-minute rice Classic Taco Meat I know this one is kind of dumb but I do like having taco meat in my freezer ready to go. 1 packet of taco seasoning 1) Brown the ground beef/turkey 2) Add the taco seasoning with some water 3) Put into freezer bags
4) When ready to cook either thaw and cook it in a freezer pan or in the crockpot on high for 4 hours 5) Serve with tortilla shells or over chips Taco Seasoning 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 and 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sea salt (more or less to taste) 1 teaspoon black pepper Italian Chicken Bake 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Coupons ⅔ cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing ¼ cup Soy Sauce ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder ⅛ tsp Onion Powder ⅛ tsp Pepper 1) Add all of the ingredients into a large freezer bag 2) When ready to cook thaw and put it in the crockpot for 4 hours on high 3) Serve with a side of canned veggies or we use the pasta or rice sides in the bags Chicken Enchilada Casserole 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts 19 ounces (about 2 ½ cups) enchilada sauce 2 cups shredded cheese 6-8 small flour tortillas 1 can refried beans 1) Cook and shred the chicken ( you can do a large batch by boiling the chicken for 30 minutes)
2) In a 8x8foil pan lay down a small amount of enchilada sauce to cover the whole surface with tortillas then layer the beans, chicken, cheese, another sauce layer and lastly another layer of tortilla shells. 3) Repeat step two until completely full and top with more cheese and cover with tin foil 4) When ready to eat bake at 375 for 30 minutes 5) Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole 2 pounds chicken (shredded and cooked) 1 box cooked Rotini noodles 8 slices of Bacon cooked and chopped up 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 cup of Ranch Dressing 2 cups of Monterey Jack/cheddar mixed cheese 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix 1) Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl 2) Add mixture into a freezer bag or for easy baking a 8x8tin pan and cover with foil 3) When ready to eat top it with cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or when cheese is melted Ravioli Lasagna This is a staple in my house and Alex cannot get enough of it! 1 jar of pasta sauce 1 bag of frozen ravioli Mozzarella cheese 1) Layer sauce, cheese and ravioli into a 8x8foil pan 2) Cover with foil when it has reached the top 3) When ready to eat bake at 350 for 30 minutes Cheesy Manicotti Filling Ingredients (gallon bag) 24 oz cottage cheese 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese 1 ½ teaspoons Italian Seasoning
¼ teaspoons salt ¼ teaspoon pepper Remaining Ingredients: 1 8oz. package manicotti ½ cup mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese Jar or can of favorite marinara sauce 1) In a 8x8 foil pan put down a layer of sauce 2) Mix together the filling mixture and cut the bag at the corner and fill manicotti noodles 3) Place filled noodles into the pan and cover with sauce and mozzarella cheese 4) Cover it with foil and when ready to bake put it in at 375 for 1 hour Breakfast Burritos 12 eggs 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup diced onion 1 1/2 cups shredded hash brown pototoes 1Tablespoon minced garlic 1 cup cooked ham 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper 12-8 inch tortilla shells 1) Scramble the eggs in a large skillet. When they are done, remove from the stove and place in a covered bowl. 2) Saute the onion and hash brown potatoes in the olive oil for 2-3 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked. 3) Stir in the garlic, bacon, and cheese. Season to taste with the salt and pepper. Divide the mixture onto the tortilla shells. Roll each one up, folding the ends as you roll. 4) Place seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour. Place the burritos into freezer safe ziplock bags and return to the freezer. 5) To reheat the burritos, wrap one in a paper towel. Heat for 1-2 minutes. Makes 12 burritos.
Meatball Subs I would love to make these more because they make my belly happy but Alex actually hates them so they re an only once and while meal. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef/turkey 1 egg, beaten 1 1/4 cups Progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons garlic, finely minced 1 jar of pasta sauce 1) Mix beef/turkey, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, and garlic in a large bowl 2) Form the meat balls and place into freezer bag and dump over pasta sauce in the bag 3) When ready to cook throw the concoction in a crockpot on low for 4-6 hours 4) Serve with your favorite rolls and top it with some yummy mozzarella or parmesan cheese or cook up your favorite pasta and pour the mixture over it
