2013 Disney Deluxe Dining Plan for Disney Vacation Club Members Valid for arrivals 1/1/13-12/31/13 Welcome to the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan available for Disney Vacation Club Members, which offers a convenient and affordable way to enjoy snacks and meals throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, including many located in the Downtown Disney area. That means lots of great dining opportunities for you and your family. This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to use the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. Number of Meals During Your Reserved Stay The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan includes three (3) Meals and two (2) Snacks per person, per night of your reserved stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over. The plan also includes one (1) Resort refillable drink mug per person, that is valid for the length of your stay (eligible for refills at Quick-Service locations only in your Disney Resort hotel). Disney Deluxe Dining Plan Pricing The price of the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan is $99.97 per night, per Guest ages 10+ and $26.84 per night, per Guest ages 3-9. Adding Disney Deluxe Dining Plan to Your Reservation e Disney Deluxe Dining Plan must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Members may add the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan online at dvcmember.com to reservations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts made with Vacation Points, or call Member Services for reservations booked on cash or in the Disney Collection. Payment in full is due at the time of adding the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan to your reservation. Disney Deluxe Dining Plan cannot be added to your reservation within 48 hours of check-in. Using Your Meals e You can redeem more than your allotted meals or snacks per day, if you wish, until your total number of meal/snack entitlements are depleted. e All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your Resort refillable mug expire at midnight on your reservation checkout date. An additional form of payment is needed if you add a gratuity and have not provided a credit card at check-in to charge incidentals and other expenses to your room. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more. Are reservations required? A. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Our Table-Service restaurants, Character Dining, Signature Restaurants and Dinner Shows book quickly and the restaurant and seating of your choice may be limited or may not be available during your visit.
