6 Hotel Policy Wedding packages are based on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening event date. Due to fluctuating food and beverage costs, the Hotel does not guarantee menu prices until 90 days prior to your event. A 22% gratuity and appropriate sales tax will be added to all food and beverage functions. No outside food and beverages are permitted. Upon signing the Banquet Agreement, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required. The next non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is due 60 days before the event. The final count and non-refundable payment is due 72 business hours before the event. The food and beverage pricing will be based on the guaranteed number of participants. The hotel does not accept personal checks.
