~ Dining Services Reservations Closing Times ~ Please call the appropriate reservations number for making your dining reservation. Please do not make verbal reservations with the staff, as these may be forgotten or lost. Please, adhere to the reservation closing times listed below. Reservation Closing Times are: Evening Meal Before 2pm Sunday By 6pm the Saturday before Holidays By Noon the Wednesday before Special Event By Noon the Wednesday before The Dining Room does not maintain standing reservations for particular tables for any meal period. Breakfast and lunch are general seating and are on a first-come, firstserved basis. ~ Evening Meal Reservations ~ Dining Services require making a reservation for the evening meal service. Please, remember to make your evening reservations before 2pm. Any resident wanting to make a reservation for a party of 10 people or more, please contact the Dining Room 48 hours in advance. There is an Advance Form, available in the Dining Services Office, for you and your party to complete. This allows us time to base our staffing and kitchen needs by the number of people for whom we have reservations. The earliest time to make reservations for Dinner Services is one week in advance. ~ Dress Code Reminder ~ Please be courteous of your fellow residents by following the posted Dress Code for the Main Dining Room.
