Booking Terms and Conditions All reservations require a 15 nonrefundable and non-transferable deposit per person at time of booking. Final numbers are required a minimum of 7 days prior to your reservation after which time no reductions to numbers can be made. The Rookery reserves the right to charge full menu price for reduction in group size after that date. Groups of 10 or more In addition to the above, groups are required to settle their outstanding amount, and submit a pre-order, a minimum of 7 days prior to their reservation. Full pre-payment should be made in one transaction. Cancellation policy The Rookery reserves the right to charge full menu price in the event of a no show or unconfirmed change to party size.
