Our mission is to provide delicious, authentic food using fresh ingredients while presenting a clean, professional, and friendly atmosphere for your family and friends always. It would be our utmost pleasure to accommodate you and your guests. Below you will find an overview of the services that we provide: Our Service: The "Service" is a complete mobile Street Taco Catering Service, with a high-end appeal, at affordable prices. We are not your typical truck mounted taco wagon; we bring a more personal touch to your gatherings. SAC TACOS will bring a single stainless-steel cooking unit to your location of choice where we, upon your guest s instruction, will serve your entire selection of meat choices; FRESH and HOT OUTSIDE UNLESS REQUESTED TO HAVE INSIDE SERVICE. We also offer a salsa buffet using the freshest of ingredients to accompany your authentic street style tacos. Please be advised that we prepare your food choices outside and serve them hot off the grill then your guests use the self-serve Salsa bar to add their garnishments or we can bring the cooking units inside as well. PLEASE SPECIFY IF NEEDED INSIDE SERVING IN YOUR INQUIRY THIS REQUIRES INDOOR EQUIMENT. During the contracted time, SAC TACOS will serve your guest with NO LIMITATIONS!!! Which means your guests can enjoy ALL YOU CAN EAT TACOS AND SALSA!
Services are contracted from 1.5-3.0 hours (DEPENDING ON THE GUEST COUNT). An extended period may be arranged upon request at $125.00 per hour if our schedule permit s. If you have a large crowd or an event planned for an extended period, we suggest securing a longer period. Please coordinate this in advance as a request to secure SAC TACOS for an extended time is subject to availability. Please be advised, SAC TACOS supply all our own tables and table cloths for our buffet. We do not bring tables or chairs for guests!! We also DO NOT serve or bus tables. Guests will be served at the grill and will add their own garnishments at the salsa buffet. Please note the following buffet options below: SAC TACOS (SIGNATURE DROP-OFF BUFFET) This option is convenient for those that have a small gathering, for lunch at the office or are on a tight budget and are not in need of a fully staffed, catered event. Let SAC TACOS drop off all your food choices in disposable warming chafing dishes. We will create a buffet style setting for your guests to serve themselves. It s as easy as 1-2-3, your guests get warm delicious food and the best thing is - YOU don t have to do ANYTHING! Keep in mind this is NOT an all you can eat option. But, rest assured, more than enough to satisfy. STANDARD WITH ALL SERVICES: Three meats. Package 2 - (Drop off Buffet Standard Menu): All food dropped off in chafing dishes with sternos - Cost of standard service buffet for 30 guests and under will be $380.00 delivered in the Sacramento area. GUEST COUNT SERVING TIMES EVENT ADDRESS SERVICE PACKAGES- 1 2 3 OR 4 (CHOOSE ONE) TYPE OF EVENT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE SERVING We will return a service agreement with deposit instructions for final review and signatures. If choosing to pay final balance at the event have balance in a sealed envelope ready for staff at arrival or during the service. Keep in mind, staff has events back to back, and cannot wait around after the event is over to receive payment, this has caused our staff to arrive late to the next event on many occasions so please be considerate. Sac taco s really appreciates this courtesy. GUEST COUNTS CAN BE UPDATED UP TO 72-48 HRS BEFORE EVENT - VIA EMAIL - FIRST 10 KIDS UNDER THE AGE 0F 10 ARE FREE FOR STAFFED BOOKINGS ONLY. ALL left over s (IF ANY) will be left at the event unless instructed otherwise STC provides all containers for the left overs. Please make sure that the contracted guest count at the event - matches the contracted agreement. Crew does NOT bring extra food or supplies for unexpected guests. Service agreement time DOES NOT include set up or break down this is strictly on our watch and has nothing to do with your contracted schedule, nor CHARGED. We're 100% dedicated toward providing your guests with an authentic experience for the Service Time contracted! A Deposit of 30% (NON-REFUNDABLE) unless SBTC cancels for whatever reason, this will be required to reserve a date for your event. PLEASE NOTE: Dates are subject to availability, therefore we highly recommend you secure your date as far in advance as possible, as availability can be limited. Please provide a safe, and as easy access as possible (i.e. Parking), for our crew to enter and exit the event so we do not disturb the festivities.
