A Premium Summer School Programme Dedicated to the Marketing and Management of Haute Cuisine & Fine Wines
What We Offer Kedge Business School, in partnership with France s leading professional training school in culinary arts, FERRANDI Paris, is pleased to announce the launch of an exciting new summer session module: Gastronomy & Oenology The Marketing and Management of Haute Cuisine and Fine Wines This premium programme, limited to 24 participants maximum, will give students a close look at the cultures of Gastronomy and Oenology by taking them to the world s 2 most famous centres of haute cuisine and fine wine: Paris and Bordeaux, France The 2-week course of study, taking place from July 2 14, 2018, will lead to the delivery of 10 ECTS credits for each student successfully completing both courses in the programme. These course credits, documented by official transcripts awarded by triple-accredited Kedge Business School, are fully transferrable. Participants will also receive a certificate of completion co-delivered by both institutions. Week 1: Gastronomy: Culinary Services Marketing & Management (FERRANDI Paris) Week 2: Oenology: Wine Marketing & Management (Kedge Business School, Bordeaux) The all-inclusive programme will feature not only top-quality business courses delivered by experienced academics and professionals in the field, but also privileged access company visits and cultural activities, public transportation passes in Paris and Bordeaux, selected meals, numerous food & wine workshops, high-speed rail transportation from Paris to Bordeaux and accommodation (if selected). 2

Gastronomy & Oenology ACCOMMODATION To take full advantage of French city life, we recommend that students take lodging in an Appart-Hotel in Paris and Bordeaux. Well located near the restaurants and nightlife of the city-centre, the residence hotels provide comfortable studio flats for 1-2 persons, equipped with private bathroom, kitchen, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and weekly housekeeping, thus giving participants an ideal starting point to enjoy the city during the evenings, while also offering them the opportunity to stay in and cook their own meals if they choose. Each feature direct access to the FERRANDI Paris and Kedge campuses by either metro or tramway. If participants select an all-inclusive option with accommodation included (single or double lodging), our staff will organise student reservations on the participants behalf.
