The choice is yours for Chef Vinson Petrillo s Farm Table Dinner, a custom menu designed just for you and your private party featuring the best of local and seasonal ingredients, including your protein preference cooked on our tableside grill. Cooking Classes Outdoor Grilling Cooking Class By the Grill Book a private cooking class at the Zero George Cooking School and join Chef Vinson Petrillo grill side for a demonstartion class where he will fire up the grill and roast seafood or meat while he provides instruction.
