Mustin Beach Club Event Information The Mustin Beach Club (MBC) consists of several unique and stunning event spaces, perfect for any occasion. In addition to these unique and memorable event spaces, the Mustin Beach Club also has an aviation-themed restaurant and bar, a large grand foyer, and a patio overlooking Pensacola Bay. Mustin Beach Club Event Spaces: Ballroom $1500 Room Rental Accommodates 300 guests* Our elegant ballroom is the perfect backdrop for an elegant affair. It features two stunning grand chandeliers, 80 foot vaulted ceilings, a beautiful elevated stage, and large built-in dance floor. Dining Room $850 Room Rental Accommodates 100 guests* The Dining Room is noted as one of our most scenic rooms, boasting a panoramic view of the bay. With electric-drawn window shades and stunning carpeted floors, the Dining Room is versatile in its usage. *Capacity for each room is an estimate based on a Theaterstyle seating arrangement. Reception-style arrangements will limit the number of guests each room allows. 2
Goshawk Room $550 Room Rental Accommodates 100 Guests* Similar in size to the Dining Room, the Goshawk Room is a wonderful space for receptions and luncheons. Bay Room $750 Room Rental Accommodates 30 Guests* This beautiful room is situated on the second floor with a picturesque view overlooking the ocean. The room comes complete with an open-aired private patio. Room set with eight-foot banquet tables. Ready Room $600 Room Rental Accommodates 80 Guests* Enjoy your event surrounded by pieces of aviation history. The Ready Room contains memorabilia from around Pensacola and from military Officers, past and present, that frequented the Mustin Beach Club. on *Capacity for each room is an estimate based a Theater-style seating arrangement. Ceremony Lawn $600 Rental What could be a better setting to start your forever than with a magnificent view of the Pensacola Bay? With a lush green lawn and single aisle, the Ceremony Lawn is the perfect place for an outdoor ceremony. Outdoor seating not provided. Mustin Beach Club Entire Facility $3000 Rental Are you planning on hosting a large crowd? Do you prefer to have your special event in a space that is just reserved for you? You may rent the entire Club! The Entire Facility Fee covers the rental of the following: (Renting the entire facility does not provide access to the kitchen or the kitchen equipment.) BEVERAGE SERVICES All Alcoholic Beverage Service must be coordinated through Mustin Beach Club and noted on event contracts. Bartender & Bar Set-up Policies - An initial set-up charge of $200 will be applied when a bar is serviced by the staff of MBC. - MBC provides one (1) bartender per every 100 guests. - For every additional bartender needed to accommodate an event, an additional $100 will be added to the initial set-up charge. This charge will be based off the final number of guests given to MBC management 30 days prior to the event. - Custom selections, such a signature event drinks, are available. Speak to Management for details. - Substitutions of similar quality may be made at MBC management s discretion. - MBC reserves the right to request identification from any individual in order to provide alcohol. - MBC reserves the right to refuse drink service to any individual who is deemed visibly intoxicated. - MBC reserves the right to deny fulfillment of drink orders that include Long Island Iced Teas (and their various forms). There are two primary ways top set up a bar: Cash Bar: - Guests pay for drinks in cash when they are served. - Host determines available selections on bar. - Bartenders customarily accept tips and tip jars are displayed. Host Bar: - Host places credit card on file to provide payment of all charges. - Bartender keeps an inventory of what is consumed during an event. - Host pays for drinks consumed. Bottles of beer, glasses of wine, and all mixed drinks are charged on an individual basis. Champagne is charged based on the number of bottles opened. - Host determines available selections on bar. - No tip jars are displayed. - A service charge of 10% and a Gratuity of 10% are assessed to the beverage fees and included on Host s final bill. - Host s credit card is charged for final bill within three business days.
