It s good to know about someone s celiac disease, nut allergy or vegan preference 10 days before the event takes place. This way our kitchen can prepare something truly tasty for these special guests as well. Dress for the occasion A tropical climate with a fresh breeze in the evening, requires an "Elegantly Casual" look for the festivities or just make your statement in "White Summer Chique." Consider seating If you have six or fewer guests, allow them to seat themselves; with more than six, be prepared to give direction, if not place cards. Yes, place cards :) Pack like a pro Nothing beats a well organized vacation with a well packed suitcase. Roll up your clothing to avoid wrinkles and to create more space!
