Welcome to Panorama Restaurant, where you will find a great connection of high quality local products, modern gastronomy, friendly atmosphere and beautiful nature of Posázaví. We take pride in selecting the best and fresh products. For that reason we cooperate with local farmers, whom we personally know and who carry out their profession with care and love. The main meat supplier is the farm Kozojedy, which is situated in the picturesque village Kozojedy, close to Rataje nad Sázavou. Farm Kozojedy specializes in farming the Aberdeen Angus stock and the traditional Czech přeštický pig. Also the smaller chicken, turkey and water poultry farming is in bio quality. We also cooperate with the farm Licoměrsko, which supplies us with goat meat and products made from goat milk and with the farm Krasolesí, which supplies us with milk, yoghurts, cheese and cream cheese.
