Hotel Bellevue-Terminus **** There are all sorts of reasons for having a celebration, dinner or party. We work with you to create individual events which are sure to prove unforgettable. Arrange a personal meeting to discuss your wishes and expectations and draw on our experience and advice to help you plan your tailor-made event. A designated member of staff will be by your side on your special day to see to any last-minute changes or requirements, to ensure everything runs smoothly, and to coordinate speeches, performances or instrumental breaks, leaving you to time to host.
Location The generosity of the Ball Saal allows a variety of seating arrangements: long boards, blocks / islands, lounge parties and many more. In addition to this various combinations we have different furniture for your favorite style. The elongated shape of Erlen Saal is ideal for one long table or several islands. Banquets from 40 to 120 people take place, depending on the seating arrangement. In the Bibliothek there can be brunching, lunching or dining with up to 16 people in a fancy frame. In Salon Dolores you can wine and dine, have lunch or brunch. Whether at a spacious table with a maximum of 24 guests or with up to 40 people in several groups of tables. The hotels living room with wooden tables, cosy armchairs and an open fire is the meeting point in the house. In combination with banquets, it is also available for private bookings. A wild party after an elegant dinner, a live concert to end a business dinner the Yucatan Bar often provides the perfect setting for the second part of a celebration and is also available for private bookings.
Food and drink Since no two celebrations are alike, it is always important to choose food and drink accordingly. We like to customise your choice according to the season, your personal preferences and the type of presentation. In terms of presentation, there are basically two options: a served menu or a buffet. A combination of both is, of course, also possible. Festive verrines small delicacies served in a glass represent the latest culinary trend, a kind of flying dinner celebration: small portions of a large variety of starters, main courses and desserts are served layered on a stick or in a small glass as finger food. Whether hot or cold, these bite-sized portions offer something for everyone and are a great way of trying a little bit of everything. The other great thing about festive verrine buffets or flying dinners is that no seating arrangements need be made. All dishes can be eaten while standing and the choice of buffet food encourages people to move around, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Once you have chosen your culinary theme and type of celebration, we will provide you with a few menu suggestions to choose from. You will then be able to sample your chosen menu at a rehearsal dinner during our restaurant opening hours. Please understand that unfortunately not all food is suitable for serving in small portions. 60% of the menu price will be charged per person at the rehearsal dinner. Naturally, the menu can be adapted to suit allergy sufferers and guests with special dietary requirements. Please inform us of any such special requirements well in advance. Children are, of course, also welcome. A special menu and seats can be provided especially for children. Please inform us of the number and age of children well in advance. Our wine list features a wide selection of imaginative wines. Here you will find something for everyone from the wine connoisseur or label drinker to those who enjoy the occasional tipple. And if your favourite wine is not on the list, we are always happy to order it from our supplier. Wine tasting is also part of the rehearsal dinner, to ensure you choose the perfect wine to accompany your meal.
Decoration We decorate the tables with white fabric tablecloths, white fabric serviettes or Dunilin napkins in the colour of your choice. Dunilin luxury paper napkins are very similar to fabric serviettes and are available in a wide range of colours. Chair covers Upon request, white covers can be provided for your banquet chairs for just CHF 7 per cover. piece, including the candles to match your colour theme. Complimentary small glass holders including tealights can also be provided. Menus We will gladly print menus featuring a logo or theme of your choice at no extra cost. Feel free to email us any special design requests you may have. Flowers We will be happy to arrange flowers to suit your requirements from one of our trusted florists or a florist of your choice. Flowers set the scene for every occasion and cost approx. CHF 10 per guest. You can, of course, also arrange your own flowers and have them delivered to the hotel on the day of the event.
