Savian Company Between the Livenza and Tagliamento Rivers, where the provinces of Venice, Pordenone and Treviso meet and melt together with their own characteristics, the D.O.C Authenticated Origin wine area of Lison Pramaggiore and Venice rises: here, in this land our company rises. On this soil, particularly tenacious because of the presence of calcareous clay, rich in shallow carbonate, the 32 hectares of our estate spread. Thanks to the ideal climate our fine wines grow here.
Why Organic Farming Since 1993 we have been applying strict production practices to our vineyards that guarantee proper cultivation as well as plant health, as defined by regulations for Organic Farming. The decision to adopt such a demanding and innovative approach to vine growing stems from our conviction that we must offer our customers a perfectly genuine product, while simultaneously safeguarding the environment. During the last months of 2007, our company decided to install an important photovoltaic plant in order to pursue the aim of generating clean energy, for use in the many production stages of our product.
ICEA: Bio Certification In Organic Farming there is a particular emphasis on the entire agricultural ecosystem, using the natural fertility of the soil and safeguarding it with little interventions; it promotes the biodiversity of the environment in which it operates and excludes the use of GMO products. In the wineyards fertilizers and herbicides are banned, and must be employed only natural substances (such as organic fertilizers, sulfur and copper salts to protect plants from fungal attacks). This permits both our body and the earth, to take up noxious. Our products are guaranteed and certified by ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification) in accordance with the requirements of EC Regulations 834/07 and 889/08.

Dedicated Dedicated wines, linked to our tradition: BAINSIZZA IGT Veneto: result of blending of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested after a short drying process directly on the plant, after fermentation it rest for ten, twelve months in quality oak barrels. It has a charming ruby red colour with a tint of garnet; its bouquet is fruity, slightly spicy. Wine of great character, well structured, elegant and of innate softness in taste. LISON CLASSICO DOCG Lison: the fusion of its characteristic pale yellow colour with soft greenish hues, gives a charming harmony in tones. With its firm, elegant and slightly fruity bouquet, on the palate it is soft, velvety, reminiscent of walnut husk.
DOC Venezia DOC Venezia includes the whole Lison Pramaggiore - and Piave - wine areas. Here we produce: CABERNET FRANC DOC Venezia: It strikes the eye for its intense ruby red color with a tint of purple; its bouquet has a distinct characteristis and persistent herbaceous note. A full-bodied, generous, well structured, nearly aristocratic wine. As it ages the herbaceous note attenuates and its taste becomes elegant, harmonious. PINOT GRIGIO DOC Venezia: this wine is a delight to the eye with its many hues changing from pale yellow to its characteristic sand colour, as well as to the nose with its slightly fruity bouquet, accompanied by a light note of almonds. Soft and harmonious, slightly bitter in taste.
Red wines From red grapes we obtain two great wines: REFOSCO DAL PEDUNCOLO ROSSO DOC Lison Pramaggiore: wine that stands out of the brilliant hues of ruby red and purples tones, pleasantly intense in bouquet with its particular scents of brushwood fruits. It has a full, sapid, robust, slightly tannic taste, with a light hint of pepper. MERLOT DOC Lison Pramaggiore: in this wine the alternating ruby red and purple hues are exalted. An intense vinous, pleasant, slightly herbaceous bouquet which is in special contrast with its clear fruity notes. Wine with a great personality, on the palate it is well-balanced, clean, very fullbodied.
White wines From white grapes we obtain: CHARDONNAY DOC Lison Pramaggiore: its characteristic pale yellow color, refined by soft greenish hues, shows off the innate and exemplary elegance of this wine. Its bouquet is fine, delicate, reminiscent of white fruits and bread crusts. Well structured in taste, it reveals a soft, harmonious, markedly lingering flavour. VERDUZZO DOC Lison Pramaggiore: incredible brilliant shades of straw yellow interlaced with golden hues. Its bouquet is fine, delicate, with fragrances like ripe fruit and acacia flowers, with a closing hint of violet. Elegant in taste, with a sweetish note opposed to a fine beading, result of a light second fermentation in pressure tanks.
No sulphites They are the result of grapes that are cultivated and transformed into these wines according to ancient practices and without the addiction of sulphur: LONCONROSSO IGT Veneto no sulphites: 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Ruby red in colour, it has a fruity bouquet with slightly notes of red fruity. On the palate it is not firmly structured, it has a stunningly fresh-tasting, right tannic taste and slightly fine contours. LONCONBIANCO IGT Veneto no sulphites: 50 % Chardonnay and 50% Tai. Its colour is a special melting of an intense straw yellow and a bright greenish vein. LonconBianco immediately reveals its perfumed intensity thanks to the persistent scent of orange blossoms well mixed with the freshness of green apple. It has a complex mineral flavor and at the same time it gives a pleasant acidulous hint to the palate.
Sparkling wines No bubbles should be missing, ideal for any toast: EVENTO BRUT: Charmat sparkling wine, obtained by blending Chardonnay and Riesling Renano grapes. First-class sparkling wine, it surprises for the contrast between its bouquet of apples and that aromatic, typical note of Riesling grapes. Soft and velvety in taste, with a pleasant level of acidity. EVENTO ROSE' EXTRA DRY: This wine strikes the eye for its hues of rose petals. Its bouquet is delicate and at the same time complex, with a light hint of walnut husk. Well balanced in acidity and sugar contents, it reveals a particularly intense, harmonious, markedly lingering flavour. PROSECCO EXTRA DRY DOC: this Charmat sparkling wine is obtained by a fermentation without the skins. Pale yellow in colour refined with soft greenish hues, its bouquet is fruity, reminescent of green apples and meadow flowers. Well structured in taste, on the palate is harmonious and it reveals a pleasantly lingering flavour.
Fizzy wine From the very important Conegliano Valdobbiadene wine area, we offer this Prosecco: PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene: fresh, young and elegant wine; brilliant pale yellow in colour, intense in bouquet with its fruity and floral fragrances that recall green apples and meadow flowers. On the palate it is lively, with a good level of acidity. Particularly drinkable, it is an ideal partner in happy convivial occasion.
Grappas These two marvellous single variety grappas are obtained from the marc of Cabernet and Verduzzo grapes. Once they are separated from the must, the marc is softly pressed, so that it is still dripping when it reaches the distillery. Equipped with a traditional plant of batch boilers, the master distiller obtains two markedly different, but equally remarkable products, both rich in aromas and tastes which characterize the noble vines they are made from: CABERNET GRAPPA (dry and austere in aroma and taste) VERDUZZO GRAPPA (pleasantly soft, simpler and drinkable)
Extra-virgin Olive Oil This oil is cold-pressed oil made from produced with Coratina and Ogliarola olive varieties, organically cultivated with method of Biological Agricolture. The olives fruits are carefully hand-picked directly from the plant within the month of December, then crushed in great stone olive mills within twenty-four hours from being picked their handling. This oil is clear, olive-green with with golden yellow reflections in colour hues, its fragrance is fresh with slightly herbaceous hints. On the palate it is fruity with a persistent, intense almond aftertaste.
