All reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days pending the receipt of written confirmation and a non-refundable / non-transferable deposit of 15 per person. 2. All alterations must be confirmed in writing. 3. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to event date. 4. No deposit or full payment will be refundable, transferable or used for other products. Once payment is made no refunds will be given. 5. If in the event of any function having to be cancelled by the Hotel an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given. 6. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers. 7. The cost of any additional service must be paid for at the end of the event. 8.
