The Restaurant at Christmas Available throughout December for both lunch and dinner, our festive menu can be enjoyed in our beautiful restaurant. Catering for up to 42 diners at any one time, the restaurant has been designed to offer guests a relaxing dining experience so that they can enjoy a sumptuous meal at their leisure. The restaurant s menu, which has been developed with simplicity and quality in mind, features a whole host of tempting dishes. Day 2-25th December Wake up to discover the magic of Christmas at Ghyll Manor with traditional festive treats in front of our cosy log fire perfect for reliving the excitement of your childhood Christmas! Day 3-26th December No Christmas would be complete without a traditional pantomime. So, after starting the day with a full English breakfast, you ll be whisked off to a local theatre for an afternoon of panto fun a real Boxing Day treat. New Year s Eve Package Welcome in 2019 with style at Ghyll Manor Hotel and Restaurant this New Year s Eve. Our evening features the Rat Pack Chaps, who will be leading the celebrations. Enjoy a luxurious and fun-filled one-night stay, including cream tea on arrival, a superb dinner and a relaxing breakfast. The hotel will be hosting a fabulous fivecourse black-tie dinner dance, with live music until 1am. Begin the evening with a drinks reception before tucking into a delicious menu of gourmet dishes. After dinner, dance the night away until 1am with the exciting Rat Pack Chaps and our resident house DJ. Join us for the traditional countdown to midnight and toast the New Year in with a glass of bubbly. We then invite you to continue celebrating in our hotel bar or lounge until the early hours.
