About Seasalt Del Mar Seasalt Del Mar is an independently owned seafood restaurant with a menu featuring fresh seafood, homemade pastas and specialty sushi rolls, all with influences from the culinary traditions of Europe and Asia. Our patio space and private room with contempary déc and an ocean view provide a relaxed and tranquil ambiance f any private event party. Location Seasalt is located at 2282 Carmel Valley Road in Del Mar. Parking Parking is available behind the restaurant. Hours Seasalt Del Mar is open Monday through Thursday from 11AM to 9:00PM, Friday from 11AM to 10PM, Saturday from 9AM to 10PM, and Sunday from 9AM to 9PM.

Banquet Menus Banquet Menus In der to provide the best possible service to all of our guests, we may require groups larger than 15 persons to der from a limited menu. A minimum of 8 persons is required f the use of our banquet menus. We can wk with you in assembling a custom menu which we will print f you at no cost. Beverages All beverages are billed on consumption. We recommend that wines be pre-selected by the week preceding the event to ensure that we have sufficient quantities f your event. If a specific type quantity of wine beverage is requested that is not stocked by Seasalt Del Mar, we may require the selection to be pre-purchased. Minimum Spending Requirements Seasalt Del Mar reserves the right to require minimum spend guarantees f particular events and buyouts. These may be stated as a specific dollar amount and/ a guaranteed minimum number of attendees. If on the day of the event, the total dollar amount of the bill f food and beverages does not reach the specified requirement, the difference will be applied as a room charge. Billing and Payment Seasalt reserves the right to require an advance deposit to confirm group reservations. Reservations cannot be considered confirmed until a deposit and/ completed credit card authization fm has been received. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the account balance is due upon conclusion of the event. We do not offer payment terms, n do we accept company personal checks. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Capacities Seasalt has a total seated capacity of 150 people. The restaurant and each of its different seating sections are available f either private semi-private events. Lagoon Patio Seated Event: 24 people Standing Event: 40 people Located on our patio.
