THE LA KIUVA COOPERATIVE WAS FOUNDED IN 1975 IN THE VAL D AOSTA, THE SMALLEST ITALIAN REGION, NESTLED IN THE ALPS TO THE NORTH-WEST OF THE ITALIAN PENINSULA, BORDERING WITH FRANCE AND SWITZERLAND. 11 12

HE HAD A DREAM: TO REPURCHASE THOSE VINEYARDS THAT HIS GRANDFATHER HAD CULTIVATED FOR 25 YEARS AND LOST IN 1945 BECAUSE OF WORLD WAR II. 57 58
