PNC Festival of Lights Holiday Package Options Mix n Mingle with friends and colleagues in a festive, casual environment this holiday season. A private facility is yours to enjoy throughout the PNC Festival of Lights from 5p -9p. Enjoy the regions favorite holiday event as well as great food and warm drinks.
